PRESENT EXORCISM (NOTS) PROCEDURE
NOTS means New Era Dianetics for Operating Thetans, a technique of
the Church of Scientology to clear a being of unwanted other spirits in
its space. This posting is a freezone expansion on that technique and
is NOT practiced in the Church which would consider the below
*DANGEROUS* heresy.
This procedure is what the psychs don't dare do, and the Christians
are trying to do but fail because they fail to call upon the High US.
Demons with any power in them are not afraid of Yahweh, Jesus,
Allah, Mohammed, or any other single leader or God of any religion that is
only a subset of the High US.
How do you know a subset religion?
In the end only part of the High US is saved.
In a true religion, EVERYONE is saved, because God wouldn't lose a
part of himself on purpose and couldn't do it by accident if he tried.
A Christian demon might respond to an invocation of Jesus, but not
all demons are Christians. They drink the blood of Jesus for an
afternoon's refreshment.
The most serious demons only respond if the full authority of the
High US is invoked, which includes the demon itself in the request.
The demon is one of US after all.
The demon or cluster will not go free or become cooperative if the
auditor continues to enforce a sense of duality, US vs THEM.
It has to be US vs squat, because US is everybody.
This works because all of life is God incarnation,
Each being, whether incarnated or not, is an instantiation of God,
and has the full power of God behind him should he decide to cast in the
right direction.
God only responds when *GOD* is invoked by *GOD*, which is the
High *US* and not one scoundrel less.
Capiche toi?
Thus prayers that prayer for the demise of some to the benefit
of others, always fall short of the top floor office mailbox.
Most of such prayers get to a sub basement where they are
dumped as trash.
Demons also will not allow themselves to be sent to hell or
some other punishment, eternal or otherwise.
Many of these guys that you will be called upon to clear, have more
power than you imagine even God has, and to get their attention and
cooperation you will have to do something more than invoke a being (God)
you conceive to be separate from yourself, which is a no starter out of
the gate, and who is way more able than you can even dream, even though
that being is you anyhow.
Remember a demon is God in carnation too.
So you vs the demon is God vs God.
By the time that game gets going in a clearing chair, the Christian
demons and their Devil commander have all crawled home to mama.
Thus when exorcising a demon, know that he is already in hell,
doing his best to put others there to ameliorate his own pain, and so
you have to invoke something DESIRABLE for EVERYONE, including the
demon!

Clearing only works when EVERYONE wins whether they admit it or not
in their sleeping state. In their inner state, they know when they have
been invoked as a GodSoul, or discounted as an AssSoul.
So if you do it right, even the demon knows you are trying to help
him from a position of indecency back up to decency, and will cooperate
with you with the full power of his true inner self which controls the
sleeping persona, the apparent uncooperative son of a bitch, who upon
proper invocation of the High US that benefits the High US, won't stand
a chance.
THE PROCESS
Spot a BT, demon or cluster, needing to be cleared or
constructively reoriented in its relationship to you and your body.
BT = Body Thetan, a being who is infesting your space against your
will and theirs too (you will find out).
Capture and hold the eyes of the being.
DO NOT LOSE THE HOLD ON ITS EYES, the process will fail if you do,
because the communication line will be cut. Demons CAN not listen, but
only if they are also not looking :)
If the being or cluster doesn't have any eyes in its persona,
concentrate on its area of greatest presence and emanation of power,
that is its 'eye'.
NEVER ever run away from a being or cluster you are NOTsing,
holding their eyes and walking directly at them will get their
attention, make them know they have been 'made'.
SHORT FORM
Point at the being accusatively saying "You are a BT!"
That 'makes' them, let's them know their covert jig is up.
BT = Body Thetan.
Many low count clusters (only a few small beings) will become
docile, and start behaving at that point. If you feel it is ok to let
them remain in your space in their now civilized (cooperative)
beingness, let off.
If not, continue.
Then ask the following, no need to wait for answers, if answers
forthcoming accept and acknowledge. Run around and around as many times
as it takes.
"What are you?"
"Who are you?"
"How many are you?"
"You are real people!"
"In the name of the High US, you are free."
LONG FORM
"When are you?" "When are We?"
"Where are you?" "Where are We?"
"How are you?" "How are We?"
"What are you?" "What are We?"
"Why are you?" "Why are We?"
"Who are you?" "Who are We?"
"What is your intent?" "What is our intent?"
"How many are you?" "How many are We?"

"How can we service you?" "How can you service us?"
Then say with attitude free indicative intent:
Indicative = you are making an indication to them.
"You are real people."
"We are real people."
People does not mean embodied, it means being or spirit, whether
embodied or not. They aren't embodied, so they gotta know they exist,
even if they don't have a body of their own.
"You have a life, a future and a destiny."
"We have a life, a future and a destiny."
"In the name of the High US we request you forgive us and we
accept that forgiveness."
"In the name of the High US you request we forgive you and you
accept that forgiveness."
MAKE SURE BOTH SIDES MEAN IT.
"You are free." "We are free."
Say hello to the being, have it say hello to you.
Place the being in its desired location on your 8 dynamics,
Have the being place you in your desired location on it's
8 dynamics.
End of procedure.
In the matter of 'How many are you?" expect answers from 1 to 100
trillion and beyond.
The more beings in the composite, the more powerful and intelligent
they are. They may at some point start to mock you, by saying the
commands before you do and laughing. Get their eyes, and mean it when
you ask them how many they are.
As a reference your average homo sap is probably in the trillion
trillion or above, but a 100 trillion being could probably play poker
with you and win in a dream.
It could certainly come after you, and hold you in an iron grip you
couldn't get away from without waking up, unless you know how to absorb
it by walking directly into it.
Once you get the clusters number range however, they go eyes wide,
they stop their relentless marching or harassment, and become docile
again. If you get it really right, the only thing left of the mob of
ghouls will be a color puddle on the floor, or fairy dust blowing in the
wind.
Repeat as necessary, keeping eye contact all the while, accept any
answers and acknowledge with zero attitude.
Your intent in an exorcism is to clear and free the demon cluster
not to punish it or send it to hell, which is what got you in the
position you are today.
Most of your troubles are because you are continuing to damn
everything.
If the being wishes to remain a demon but wishes to work for you
and become part of your spiritual team mates, accept it without
question, tell it you will double its pay, but that it must never lose
its class, and it must remain on standby until given orders for action
by you.
It will happily do so like a gargoyle standing protective watch
over its new employer. Stone doesn't need to be fed, even living stone.
Otherwise clear it to static or until it leaves.
NEVER hold onto another being in order to 'clear' it against its
will. As long as it is 'stuck to you' or holding on to you however, it
is fair game for clearing, whether it 'wants it or not'.
All beings want it under the facade of what and who.
If it hangs around and wants more clearing, by all means deliver
until everyone is satisfied at a valuable final product on both sides.
Once they 'get it', clearing will start to happen on its own, they
will start to clear each other and themselves, once they understand 'how
many am I', and 'I am real people'.

KARMA REVISITED

There are two separate subjects here, abuse and traumatic scarring
(unhealingness).
The child is abused because he has entered an arena where abuse
falls on everyone, randomly, some way worse than others. Its a luck
of the draw kind of thing.
Some times your parents are your friends, sometimes they aren't.
Some would say the spirit knew in general what he was getting in to,
when he decided to assume a body before or after birth, it doesn't matter
as the rules of karma apply to the animal without spirit also.
Trauma (unhealingness) is not the result of what is done to a person,
but is the result of what the person does to himself in response to the
abuse.
The basic wrong effort is the attempt to as-is a hurt by not-ising it.
Animals do this instinctively, that's why there are made of engrams.
Spirits might know better, but they tend to act as animals while
occupying one.
One may not expect a child, who lacks wisdom, to do anything else than
the wrong thing in response to the trauma, but in fact during session many
years later, the trauma only heals when the preclear figures out what he
SHOULD have done during the actual moment of abuse to make it healing
rather than unhealing.
Being able to heal it now is knowing how he could have healed it then.
As-isness now is as-isness then.
That's a Cog, with Very Good Indicators, and erasure of WHAT THE
PRECLEAR DID TO HIMSELF, the permanent scarring. If the preclear keeps
that cog with him, the NEXT time he is abused, he will be much less likely
to make the same mistake again, even in a future life.
And he won't suck victimhood so hard onto himself, to justify
the bad things he does accidentally or intentionally later.
He may still get abused, non abusive mothers are few and far between
in the zombie zone (Earth), but he won't be as prone to turn into a
seething thumb sucking basket case for the rest of his life when it
happens. And when he does do wrong, he will confess easily, repent, and
sin no more, rather than make his wrongs right and turn himself into a
serial wrong factory.
Since very few people have had any auditing for many lifetimes now,
this is a new thing.
However prior or later guilts which the preclear is carrying from his
own misdeeds that are regretted, but which are assuaged by having been
abused earlier or later, must be confessed first, before the trauma will
lift, as no preclear will heal from a victimhood that he has a PRIOR or
LATER vested interest in keeping around.
People use their victimhood with great skill to negotiate cheap
survival in later life.
Nonetheless, it is not ok you hurt your girl friend later, because
your mama hurt you earlier. The trauma about mama earlier will not lift
until the regret is run off about the girl friend later because the abuse
from mama is being used to justify how it was right to hurt the girl
friend later rather than confess the regret and give the apology to the
girl friend.
Karma does not mean that if you do bad you will get bad, karma means
that bad falls on everyone, but if you have done bad before or later, and
use the bad that happened to you to JUSTIFY AND MAKE RIGHT the bad you did
to another, then the bad that was done to you will stick and never heal.
It is particularly egregious when the bad that happened to you
happened AFTER the bad you did to another, as the time reversal of
justification destroys the being's ability to get an honest view of his
own time track. He thus pulls it in on himself, and it bites him hard and
it bites him for good.
Mother's do this to their children all the time, "You hurt me when you
were a teen, and so it is ok I tried to starve you to death when you were
a baby, too bad I failed."
All children have the prior covert withhold of taking over the body
and 'stealing' it from mother before or after birth.
That's like someone taking your beloved pet from you.
The mother comes to hate her pet baby, because of the covert hidden
spirit inside it.
Thus everything the mother does to the child is used by the child as a
justification for the earlier overt, taking the body earlier becomes
'revenge' in the child's mind for everything the mother does later, even
though taking the body is what got the child into that abusable position
in the first place, and down deep he imagines he probably 'deserves'
everything he gets for hurting mother.
So he is punishing her and punishing himself in the same breath
and can't figure out who started it.
Truth is he did by taking the body, but society says mother did,
because the child is born 'innocent'.
The child buys into the lie because it affords him a cheap and easy
survival route via the pretense of unhealable victimhood.
This is in part why taking a case apart can be so hard, the
justifications for revenge go around in circles, wrong is right, and right
is wrong.
A clear has to stand up and survive for himself, he can't point
the finger at ANYONE for 'holding him down'.
Can you imagine God pointing the finger at why He can't get on with
it?
Motherhood in fact forms a LONG line to hell.
But then so does baby hood, mother IS that hell.
It may be a long time before women go clear.
And if they don't, men never will.

BETTER OR WORSE

'How well do you have to be before other's will try to make you
worse?'
Cognition 1:
People with heavy duty psychosomatic conditions live their lives in
the well/sick, better/worse band that gets them as much help and
cooperation as they can from other's, without killing themselves trying
to get it.
Cognition 2:
In withdrawing from being able to be a soldier to fight for the
government, I have also withdrawn from being able to be a soldier to
fight against the government.
Thus by ruining my body to make myself worthless to those who would
have sent me to Vietnam, I have also made myself worthless to American
freedom fighters, should it ever come to a revolution, God forbid.
In reading the constitution it becomes clear that the price of
freedom is eternal vigilance. NOT over them over there, but of US over
here.
A close and thoughtful reading of the Declaration of Independence,
the US Constitution, it's amendments, and the U.S. Bill of Rights, will
show you that we actually have a DUTY to be forever vigilant, armed and
prepared to go to war AGAINST our own government should it ever overstep
its bounds.
It is actually our highest duty to God, if there is one. For what
more precious thing has been entrusted to us than the government of man?
WE HAVE A DUTY TO REMAIN ARMED AND PREPARED TO DEFEND OUR
CONSTITUTION AGAINST ALL ENEMIES WHETHER FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC.
THE ONLY SERIOUS REAL DOMESTIC ENEMY WE COULD EVER HAVE WOULD BE
SOMEONE ALREADY ELECTED INTO OFFICE. Many people miss this, looking
instead for just more 'foreign others' within our borders, trying to 'do
us in' or agitate others into doing us in, but rarely do we look for one
of 'us' and never someone already part of the government, who would
bring us down.
This is NOT what the constitution had in mind when it mentioned ALL
ENEMIES FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC. By domestic it meant duly elected
officials.
No one else has any power, right? So everyone else is just a noise
maker. The DANGEROUS enemies of the Constitution then would be those
that had managed to get themselves elected into power though the
stupidity, laziness, sloth and suicidal tendencies of the electorate,
officials who none the less had evil intentions towards our health,
happiness and freedom.
These connivers in power however would of course prefer that you
pay attention to and worry about the noise makers who were NOT in power,
so that the government can then get its people chasing their tails and
shadows of bad guys until the cows come home. All the while the people
in power plan and plot the very enslavement of the American way of life.
Back to the point.
In rendering myself useless to avoid being sent to a war I didn't
want to go to, I have also rendered myself useless to my own highest
duty, which is to take my own government out should the need ever arise.
THE CONSTITUTION ACTUALLY SAYS I HAVE THAT DUTY.
This is actually a new thought to me, and also a new thought that
such a duty to be physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually
prepared to go to war AGAINST my own government should the need arise,
is a HIGHER duty than going to war FOR my government should that need
arise too.
They never taught you that in high school, now did they?
In this universe, everything is a war. Things may seem peaceful,
but if you aren't fighting something, you are losing.
You don't have to be fighting SOMEONE, it can be asteroids coming
in on the Earth or erosion in the arable lands, but if you aren't
fighting something, you might as well be wasting away.
Part of the purpose of government is to coordinate these various
wars of society on a grand scale. Sometimes war is against other
societies, other governments, other people, mostly war is against the
physical universe and the sands of time.
When the governments of the world are doing their job right, then
these fightings go well and humanity progresses. When governments do
not do their job well, things start to go down hill. It is at this time
that it becomes necessary to fight the government itself.
Thus every day when you wake up you have some decisions to make,
and at least one of them is, do I go to war FOR my government today, or
do I go to war AGAINST my government today?
Either way you are a soldier, man.

Part of the purpose of government is to coordinate these various

societies, other governments, other people, mostly war is against the
physical universe and the sands of time.
When the governments of the world are doing their job right, then
these fightings go well and humanity progresses. When governments do
not do their job well, things start to go down hill. It is at this time
that it becomes necessary to fight the government itself.
Thus every day when you wake up you have some decisions to make,
and at least one of them is, do I go to war FOR my government today, or
do I go to war AGAINST my government today?

There is a real cool process anyone can do on someone with a
meter, it helps if the pc has some experience with auditing and wins
etc. Its real powerful in good hands.
Get the pc on the meter, and watch the needle climb, get it

"OK, why is the TA going up?"
You tell the pc you are not auditing them, they are soloing
themselves, that you have no idea what is wrong with them or 'what to
run', that they are to let their bank talk to them and lead them to
where they need to look and speak next.
Its ok to tell the pc his TA, and that it is rising or stuck
high.
Whatever the pc says, if the needle continues to rise or doesn't
read or blow down, you say "nope that isn't it.".
PC screams about murder, rape, incest, and the needle doesn't
even quiver, you say "Sorry, still rising."
When it reads "That read, tell me more about ..." whatever item
or word or idea or phrase that read or blew down. Only mention
significant reads, forget the ticks, although poke around the dirty
skirting needles.
Don't steer on reads, don't say "there there yes what's that?",
on every little tick, trying to get the pc to talk. Only when the pc
says something AND it falls or blowdowns do you say anything.
When the pc says something and it doesn't read or reads and
continues to rise, you say, "Still rising" If pc asks what the TA is
at, tell him.
When the needle falls, blow downs heavily indicate it with "Yup,
lots of charge there!". If pc is interested tell him how much
it blew down, "Hey we came down from 5.3 to 4.2 on that one alone!"
Pc will feel validated.
Audit to a win, TA down from 5.5 and stuck to 4 and loose. Ask
"Want to go on for another cycle?" Ta starts to rise, goes back to
4.5, blowsdown to 3.4 on the second round, say "Wanna continue for
another cycle?" Each time the TA should end up lower.
If goes well a few cycles later Ta will be at 2.5 and F/Ning.
Each cycle is a little win, let the pc have it and decide on
their own determinism whether to continue or not.
So you see you can natter all day long about satanic roots and
philosophical underpinnings, or you can put all that crap aside and
just get on the meter and face the rising TA until it comes down.
If you can't get the TA to go up, run "OK, how come the TA won't
go up" instead?

THE NATURE OF THE PROOF Part I
The proof is part of Information Theory, about data transfer, about
learning (as a verb, to learn), and in particular mechanical learning.
Learning as a verb is a causal PROCESS by which both THEORETICAL
and CERTAIN knowledge is gained.
There is the LEARNER, THE LEARNED, AND THE LEARNED ABOUT.
The learner is the one who learns.
The learned is what is learned, the 'learning' in the noun sense.
The "learned about" is the object being learned about, about which
the learning is true.
Learner and learned about are TWO DIFFERENT OBJECTS separated by
space and time.
The learned or learning is a CHANGE IN STATE in the learner, caused
by the learned about.
If there is no change in state in the learner, nothing is learned.
The change in state in the learner, including any other changes in
state resulting from the first change in state, IS the learning.
Theoretical knowledge is born of generalizing from direct or
indirect observations or instances.
Certain knowledge is a description of the direct observations
themselves.
A direct observation is simply the process of looking at the thing
itself.
An indirect observation is the process of learning about an object
by looking at another object causally related to, or the effect of, the
first object. This produces only theoretical knowledge, never certain
knowledge.
Since there is no, and cannot be any, direct observation in the
physical or mechanical universe, all observations made of or in the
physical universe are indirect in nature, and thus produce only
theoretical conclusions.
Direct observations produce perfect certainties.
Indirect observations produce theories made of evidence and models.
Very quickly, if we are trying to learn about A by looking at B,
then B is the evidence, A is the model for the existence of A's causal
imprint in B, and the theory is the postulated causal relation between A
and the changes in state observed in B.
The above presents us with the need to define the following terms.
Causation, learning, machine and certainty.
Causation means that changes in state in one object, A, NECESSARILY
result in changes in state of a second different object, B, a moment
later.
The 'moment later' results from the fact that the speed of cause is
finite at the speed of light.
Light itself is a form of causal messenger wave.
The causing object is called the referent, and the affected object
is called the symbol.
Throw a light switch and the light bulb turns on.
The switch is the referent, and light bulb is the symbol.
We can theoretically judge (learn about) the state of the switch
(A) by looking at the state of the light bulb (B).
We say the state of the symbol TRACKS the state of the referent.
Notice, the process of learning about the state of the switch from
the state of the light bulb DEPENDS absolutely on there being a valid
causal pathway between switch and light bulb.
Without causation, meaning in the absence of valid causal pathways
between referent and symbol, there can be no learning.
Notice that using MORE causal pathways to verify the first causal
pathway between switch and light, leaves open the question of whether
the second set of causal pathways are valid.
Thus we can state that:
Causal pathways can not be used to validate other causal pathways
with certainty.
For the grammatically minded:
MORE CAUSAL PATHWAYS DO NOT A MORE CERTAIN CAUSAL PATHWAY MAKE.
Learning is any change in state in the LEARNER that is causally
related to and thus symbolizes the nature of the LEARNED ABOUT, where
the learner and the learned about are two different objects.
The change in state in the learner is a SYMBOL OF FINAL AUTHORITY
for the learned about which is the ORIGINAL REFERENT.
A machine is defined as any system of objects interacting via cause
and effect across a space time distance.
Machines learn by being an effect, by BEING the second object, the
learner, which is changing state as a causal result of the learned
about, namely the external physical universe impinging upon the machine.
In the mechanical world, all learning is symbolic in nature,
because the learner is a different object than the learned about.
For example a learning machine can take a video picture of a cow
out in the physical universe.
The picture of the cow is not a cow, but contains high DATA CONTENT
about the cow.
Further the data in the picture also looks like a COW!
We call the fact of high geometric similarity between the cow and
its picture, high GEOMETRICITY.
Notice a picture of a cow may look exactly like a cow, but its
still a symbol for the real thing.
Thus as a symbol, the picture of the cow has both high data content
and high geometricity relative to the original referent.
One could however scan that picture into an encrypted data stream
that didn't at all look like a cow but yet retained recoverable data
about the cow. Or one could write a book about the cow or its picture,
describing it in words.
Both the encrypted data stream and the book are symbols for the
cow.
In both of these symbols, they still have high data content but
very low geometricity.
As data flows from the original referent to a symbol of final
authority through a causal pathway of many hops, the geometricity may
change from high to low and back again many times, but the data content
is hopefully conserved as it travels its path.
Since each causal hop adds in its own component of change into each
symbol along the way, some times the data from the original referent can
be covered in so many other changes that it becomes unrecoverable.
Have you ever received a fax of a perfectly good picture or text
that was none the less badly marred or unreadable in sections because of
added effects from the sending fax machine?
Digitization and protocols for transmission and retransmission of
data helps greatly in this problem of data decay,
But in the natural physical universe, most data pathways are
analogue in nature, and thus original data can get covered by so many
other effects added later in the chain, that the original data falls
below the noise floor of the transmission and becomes unrecoverable.

Dear Revered Sir,
This is Homer Smith and Jane Staller from Art Matrix.
We are the fractal people that you so kindly mentioned in your
book involving the Mandelbrot Set. We are now running Lightlink
Internet out of Ithaca NY. No money in fractals, but competing
against Time Warner and Verizon for broadband internet out of our
homes isn't easy either. At least we are still here.
I also need to thank you for the utterly beautiful music of Rohan
DeLivra, we used it multiple times in the video which now exists on
DVD.
I remember back in 1985 you made a comment to me that you hoped
to see the year 2001, and I trust you have done so with flying colors,
and are still alive and well.
It saddens me the terrible tragedy that befell Sri Lanka this
last year, but I know you will be pushing to enhance the scientific
knowledge of our world, and to motivate people to spend their
attention on matters of importance rather than religious bigotry and
war with each other.
If I might presume on you, I have a matter of some import that I
wish to publish to the world, but having spent 30 years on it and seen
great resistence in the average mind to the material, including
trained scientists, it has occured to me that you might be the one to
first share this with.
Your healthy skepticism of pseudo science and other new age
crystal gazing nonsense, along with your strong background in actual
science indicates to me you might be very interested in this.
This material will go into broad public issue within the year or
so, I intend to get it into the hands of all the great people of the
planet, in the hopes that someone, somewhere will be able to
understand it and help me know whether it is nonsense or not.
However I would be greatly honored to have you preview it and
give me your considered opinion which I would value greatly, before I
make a fool out of myself on a planetary scale.
The subject matter under review is about consciousness, in
particular consciousness's capacity for perfect certainty of its own
existence, a matter which is skipped over or ignored in all of the
scientific literature that I have come across in my life time.
Scientists seem to think they can find the Ultimate Theory of
Everything by mathematics and space time mechanics alone, but I tend
to think that "Love and Shame can not of Force and Mass be made."
It is this process of perfect certainty that runs into real trouble
when one tries to explain it with space time mechanics.
A machine is defined as any system of parts interacting via cause
and effect across a spacetime distance.
The paper I wish to publish is essentially a proof (that everyone
will agree with) that perfect certainty can not be had by a machine, not
even of its own existence.
Machines learn by being an effect, they change state as a result of
some alleged exterior cause. From this change in state they then
compute back to the possible nature of that cause.
Its all theory and forever must remain so, no matter how well the
theory 'works'.
Since effects do not prove cause, a machine that can learn only by
being an effect, can never learn with perfect certainty if there even
was a cause!
Further, "present state does not prove prior state," thus a machine
can't even tell with perfect certainty that it has changed state, so it
can't tell if it has been an effect or not. A machine can be built to
trust that it has changed state, and can trust that all effects are
caused, but only if it has been told to do so, and trust is not
continuously reverifiable perfect certainty, which is the hallmark of
conscious self awareness.
Specifically a machine can not be certain of distance, time, change
in state, cause or the existence of itself or anything else. Those are

Dear Revered Sir,
This is Homer Smith and Jane Staller from Art Matrix.
We are the fractal people that you so kindly mentioned in your
book involving the Mandelbrot Set. We are now running Lightlink
Internet out of Ithaca NY. No money in fractals, but competing
against Time Warner and Verizon for broadband internet out of our
homes isn't easy either. At least we are still here.
I also need to thank you for the utterly beautiful music of Rohan
DeLivra, we used it multiple times in the video which now exists on
DVD.
I remember back in 1985 you made a comment to me that you hoped
to see the year 2001, and I trust you have done so with flying colors,
and are still alive and well.
It saddens me the terrible tragedy that befell Sri Lanka this
last year, but I know you will be pushing to enhance the scientific
knowledge of our world, and to motivate people to spend their
attention on matters of importance rather than religious bigotry and
war with each other.
If I might presume on you, I have a matter of some import that I
wish to publish to the world, but having spent 30 years on it and seen
great resistence in the average mind to the material, including
trained scientists, it has occured to me that you might be the one to
first share this with.
Your healthy skepticism of pseudo science and other new age
crystal gazing nonsense, along with your strong background in actual
science indicates to me you might be very interested in this.
This material will go into broad public issue within the year or
so, I intend to get it into the hands of all the great people of the
planet, in the hopes that someone, somewhere will be able to
understand it and help me know whether it is nonsense or not.
However I would be greatly honored to have you preview it and
give me your considered opinion which I would value greatly, before I
make a fool out of myself on a planetary scale.
The subject matter under review is about consciousness, in
particular consciousness's capacity for perfect certainty of its own
existence, a matter which is skipped over or ignored in all of the
scientific literature that I have come across in my life time.
Scientists seem to think they can find the Ultimate Theory of
Everything by mathematics and space time mechanics alone, but I tend
to think that "Love and Shame can not of Force and Mass be made."
It is this process of perfect certainty that runs into real trouble
when one tries to explain it with space time mechanics.
A machine is defined as any system of parts interacting via cause
and effect across a spacetime distance.
The paper I wish to publish is essentially a proof (that everyone
will agree with) that perfect certainty can not be had by a machine, not
even of its own existence.
Machines learn by being an effect, they change state as a result of
some alleged exterior cause. From this change in state they then
compute back to the possible nature of that cause.
Its all theory and forever must remain so, no matter how well the
theory 'works'.
Since effects do not prove cause, a machine that can learn only by
being an effect, can never learn with perfect certainty if there even
was a cause!
Further, "present state does not prove prior state," thus a machine
can't even tell with perfect certainty that it has changed state, so it
can't tell if it has been an effect or not. A machine can be built to
trust that it has changed state, and can trust that all effects are
caused, but only if it has been told to do so, and trust is not
continuously reverifiable perfect certainty, which is the hallmark of
conscious self awareness.
Specifically a machine can not be certain of distance, time, change
in state, cause or the existence of itself or anything else. Those are
