GOOD AND BAD
The I-AM as Creature usually fights the good fight, Maybe he first
takes the side of the bad guy against the good guy or maybe the otherway
around, which ever sides balances the game. If he loses, he takes the
opposite side. As he continues to lose in each role of good or bad, he
continues to flip flop back and forth until he is a marble rolling around
the drain to hell.
This dwindling spiral is powered by love and high regret on
both sides of the fence.
The good feel guilty for doing bad to bad guys, and the
bad feel guilty for doing good to good guys.
It happens.
Eventually he becomes a bug eating off the crud stuck to the
sides of the pipe that leads from the drain on down. That's where
this universe is, stuck in muck on the side of the pipe. The colony
of human bug infestation is called civilization.
The I-AM as Creator takes the side of whoever is losing, the
Creator is more interested in continuing the play of the game, than in
any side winning, which is a loss for the Creator. The Creator is
interested in having and playing GAMES, winning or losing the game
causes a loss of the game.
The Creator is not good nor bad, the Creator is Divine, its
intent is Comedy.
Divine Comedy is the interplay of make wrong between good guy and bad
guy, neither taking full responsibility for putting them selves and the
other there.
The Creator is an Artist.
Existence is its canvas.
Good and Bad are its paints.
The Creature IS the Creator in carnation.
Thus Justice reigns at all times, as the Creator has exactly what
it created for itself to play in.

No. If it were it would have blown. It certainly is a very late
on the chain lower level goal, mainly based on sadness and loss. Cry

A top level goal would be something like "To Operate".
I have been getting at the goal that is killing me though, I have
been finding words in it that release unbelievable amounts of spine
bending energy. The words are so far 'A Religious person', 'Church',
and 'Wisdom'. Each day another word comes forward.
Many people who have left the Church, like Ron says, have as their
present time GPM something that involves the Church or opposes the
Church.
I have been auditing all dynamics running Divine Good, Divine Evil
and Divine Peace. My mockups almost turned on a night or so ago. Jesus
Christ, no wonder I can't see anything. Actually apparently I CAN see
mockups, Divine Evil and Divine Good intermix to form a neutral gray. A
sort of boring nothing that is really a very hot something. When they
start to come apart and spread their separate wings, it is just beyond
incredible. Talk about power, and chisled accuracy of perception.

Adore went through a heavy creation phase in 1985 when I was most
addicted to drugs, mainly for the breathing thing.
It has not been added to really since then, except for a few things

I still don't know what the opposite of Adore is, abhor? Detest?
Not poetic enough.
As to whether Adore or the Proof are whole track, I really have no
idea, except from dreams.

Well Adore says some strange things, and some of them are rather
forced, they don't flow smoothly and sometimes the tempation is to alter
them entirely, mainly out of social pressures that might make them
unacceptable, as they are, also they exceed my own reality.
But then later these things turn out to be true or workable as is.
At one time I wanted Adore to be CLEAR and conform to standard
English grammatical construction. But altering the wording killed me,
as I later realized that the wording is GPM based and altering it is a
sure path to hell.
So for example, when Adore says, 'Pride is Operating Craftsmanship
of Class' I have no idea what the hell it means. The M/U is on the word
OF.
For a long time 'Power stems from Operating Majesty' used to cave
me in bad, until I understood that Majesty (meaning Majestic Practical
Jokes) was a limiting of power, and the reason that power CAME from
LIMITING power is because BEFORE you limit power you HAVE power. So its
like the being becoming the Creator by practicing being the Creator
becoming the Creature.
HAVING power is a waste of time. What good is power if you are not
going to take it away from yourself to make a fun game of it?
Therefore the APPLICATION of power is towards not having power in
some artfully crafted fashion that makes a fun game.
It took me a LONG time to understand Power Stems from Operating
Majesty. Now it is THE scariest thing I know.
That's because you can apparently go as high as you wish, as long
as you GO UP IN ORDER TO COME DOWN.
The more you are willing to come down, the more you can go up.
It's the whole bit about self limitation and humor all rolled into
one. The humor lies hidden in the apparent fact that nothing is funny.
Humor is not an incidental also-ran that is available for the lucky
few who can find it along with all the other things of life.
Humor IS IT.
Self limitation is limitation FROM Humor and BY Humor.
Self limitation IS Humor.
Humor IS the quality of Power that makes it Divine.
The Purpose of Power is to Not Have Some. That's Humor.
That is majesty operating as sovereign desire to not be sovereign
for a while.
Class is merely extraordinarily self confident Humor, at the top of
the tone scale.
Any somatic is a form of crystalized anti humor.
It's Un Laughter and Un Crying.
No Classy Tears.
This sort of implies that I chose this hay ride. But I still run
into the 'yeah right' reaction, and that's a loss.
It's not funny that things aren't funny!
Beings seem to have a NEED TO PROTEST something, anything.
But a being who fair chose his way into any possible mess, can't
then protest it unless he hides the incoming moment of welcome and
invite with which he created it and his own ignorance of having created
it. That hiding of CHOICE creates protest, which then provides the
power to drive the game deep into time.
Thus when you first start to audit choice, the whole game
matrix falls apart because the seriousness falls out of it as
laughter. He loses any of his motivation to get involved in any
of the once 'serious' games presented to him.
This is of course a trans human state, but once he realizes he is
free now to create MORE serious games, he starts to feel better again,
but he has to be facile with not knowing his own choice to turn welcome
invite into protest.
That is kind of the warp core of how it all works, the difference
between a Creator and a Creature is the choice to turn welcome invite
into protest. Then the game can get going with explosive power,
determination and intent.
Of course a few million years later he will find himself at the
bottom of the tone scale wondering what went wrong, as protest causes
persistence of what is protested, so he can never win any possible
serious game. But that's when the auditors show up, get him to put the
cycle of welcome invite -> choice to not know a choice -> protest there
again, over and over until he can do it with NATURAL facility again, and
up tone he comes ready and willing to start another cycle.
Part of the problem is that the force in my body is SO STRONG, that
the slightest mis understanding or false move crushes my spine and
breathing into a pulp.
The other part of the problem is that the Power involved is so
enormous that the body just sort of wilts at the thought of actually
being able to operate it. So between ducking the ramifications of this
stuff, and actually getting it wrong or not understanding it, or
doubting it and even refusing it as a human, I have been living a very
crippled life.
It is Divine Good fighting with Divine Evil over the Vessel of
Divine Peace.
I'm not sure what Divine Good thinks it will do with Divine Peace
if it ever gets its hand on it, no doubt keep it safe where NO ONE can
get at it, but I know what Divine Evil will do with it. It will pour
the Peace down the toilet.
Peace is Agent Humor momentarily at rest in a Sea of Eternal Class.
Adore calls that Sovereignty.

As some of you know I have been sued for copyright violations by
the Church of Scientology. They had 3 very impressive law firms against
me and they won a judgement of $52,000.00 plus court costs of $9,600.00.
Shortly after the case President Clinton signed a bill
strengthening the first amendment. My case needs to be appealed very
badly as it affects all of us. I need to raise $20,000.00 in order to
do this. I owe my lawyer $10,000 and she is unable to continue without
funds, and the court is requiring that I post a bond covering the
$9600.00. This is basically an escrow account with a bonding company.
In addition it will cost about $2,000.00 to cover brand new costs
incurred to get the transcripts for the appeal.
So far in the past, I have raised $16,000 for my legal defense to
this time, but I am tired and I can not go on like this. Dealing with
people who are amoral, and who have no scruples is very debilitating and
injurious to the soul.
I defended this case on the basis of the first amendment and it was
not successful at the federal level. The chances are that it will be at
the appellate level, although the law is capricious as far as it's
judgement's are concerned.
I feel very strongly that the excesses of the Church of Scientology
need to be stopped. None of us are safe if religious persecution is
allowed to have a field day. Count up the Reform Churches (of
Scientology) that they have harassed and put out of business.
I thought I was safe because I never sold or copied any of their
materials. Yet they were awarded $25,000.00 because I loaned a Level 0
pack to a friend who copied it. $500.00 statutory award for each page.
Can you believe it? I think it is criminal. I paid $15.00 for the
entire pack when I bought it and I certainly did not think this trickery
was in any way called for.
The judge, Marilyn Huff, did not think I had any case for first
amendment protection, even though we explained that these writings were
our Scriptures and the Church of Scientology described them as such to
the IRS in their recent law suit to gain tax exemption status.
I will be obliged to give up the fight unless I get a great deal of

((The preceding plea has a long story behind. Many people in the
world detest LRH and the Church of Scientology, mostly because of the
outrageous and egregious behavior of his followers during the 40 years
of its history. Although many people blame LRH himself for ordering the
very behavior that has brought such shame and disgrace on his Church,
many of his followers have chosen instead to break off from the Church
to practice their form of Clearing Technology in the Independent Field.
When LRH died in the early 80's control of his Church was passed to
one David Miscavige and the legal entity known as the RTC, or Religious
Technology Center. Their basic purpose is to safeguard the uses of
Dianetics and Scientology copyrights, trademarks, and the religious
technology itself (confessional counseling), and to make sure that no
one uses it who is not under the tithing purview and jurisdiction of the
Church and the RTC.
Those who chose to continue on their own way, were often sued by
the Church for copyright violations, and use of trademarked secrets.
The practice of Scientology confessional counseling does involve some
rather arcane and secretive material called the Upper Levels, and they
were guarded jealously for many years, until they become the subject of
various court cases at which point much of them were read into the
public record.
It is no great secret any more that the Upper Levels are really a
saner and more modern form of exorcism, this is a religion after all
that believes in past lives, spirits both good and bad, and that people
often suffer from what they can't confront, namely raw evil.
Ever have monster nightmares as a kid?
Well these 'secret' upper levels provide a modern way to approach
these primal fears with out all the ignorance, superstition and
religious mumbo jumbo surrounding old time practices.
As an aside it is of interest to note that Scientology is one of
the few religions that does NOT believe in Eternal Hell for anyone, but
it does believe in a rather long protracted path of learning for those
who insist upon living by harming others.
For a long time the Church and its people were very unified, no one
would think of leaving the Church for any reason. But then when LRH
died and control passed to the RTC, things began to happen that some
followers could not condone. After much struggle, many of them left,
although MOST of them were PURGED, especially the most highly advanced
and trained counselors. They knew too much.
Since then prices in the Church have gone from 30 or 50 dollars an
hour for professional counseling to over $300! That's a 10 times
increase. Prices in the Independent Field have stayed low remaining in
the 20 to 50 dollars an hour range.
Continued spiritual research in the Church has stopped since LRH
died because no one is allowed to add to his writings or work. Research
in the field however has gone on unimpeded, greatly reducing the numbers
of hours to reach Clear and some of the higher states of being
attainable through Scientology counseling.
Since the Church can not compete with the Field and in fact does
not want to compete with the Field, it has spent millions of dollars
trying to wipe out the field on the basis of copyright and trade secret
violations.
Now many people think that LRH turned Dianetics into a religion
merely because he wanted the tax advantages and legal protections
afforded religions in the US and around the world. But the facts are
that all of its practitioners hold Scientology to be a religious
practice of spiritual counseling, and hell, they are exorcizing 'demons'
to boot, so of course it is a religion.
Therefore the efforts on the part of the RTC to stop independent
field practitioners from using Scientology Technology, is actually an
effort to prevent them from practicing their religion.
It would be like some group of Christians taking you to court for
using their Bible when you weren't an approved sect of the controlling
power. Imagine someone suing you for using the word Jesus or giving or
receiving communion because you weren't an Orthodox Catholic?
Can you imagine someone copyrighting or trademarking these
spiritual practices?
Now it is true that the writings of LRH are the private writings of
one man, and as such they do fall under standard copyright protection in
the United States. However he meant for them to be used as Sacred
Scripture for purely religious purposes and spiritual advancement, and
this is exactly how they are held by his followers, both in and out of
the Church.
A while back the Church had a decision to make concerning the
nature of its organization. It had to choose between being a Church and
a not for profit religion, which it wanted to be for tax purposes, or
being a for profit Corporation which could legally copyright its work
and mark some of them as Trade Secrets.
The law protects legal Corporations when it comes to trade secrets,
and copyright matters. Corporations are for profit and they pay taxes,
and they are afforded various protections under the law WHICH RELIGIONS
ARE NOT.
Recently the Church of Scientology won its status as a religion
with the IRS so it is now TAX FREE, which means YOUR TAX DOLLARS go to
support it where normally its own tax dollars would.
The net worth of the Church is in the hundreds of millions and its
yearly income is in the millions.
Yet still the Church wishes to treat its writings as licensed
secrets that only those it approves of may use. Thus it is spending
literally millions of dollars that it gets TAX FREE from its
parishioners to sue those who wish to practice private Scientology in
the field.
If the Church had to pay taxes on its income it would not be so
fast with the law suits.
Now here is the story behind the story. The Church never sues in
criminal court, but only in civil court. Under criminal law you are
innocent until proven guilty. BUT UNDER CIVIL LAW YOU ARE GUILTY UNTIL
PROVEN INNOCENT.
That means they can sue you for ANYTHING ANY TIME THEY WISH AND YOU
HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND PROVE THAT YOU ARE INNOCENT!
Yet going to court costs the small guy lots of money which he
doesn't have because he is not making millions of dollars a year, and he
IS paying taxes on his income!
Therefore the Church has allegedly taken the tactic of suing field
practitioners EVEN WHEN THE CHURCH KNOWS THE SUIT IS INDEFENSIBLE or
SHAKEY, because they know the field practitioner will back down and
avoid the suit altogether by doing what ever the Church wishes.
So what we have here is a multimillion dollar NON PROFIT
corporation which does NOT pay taxes, USING the court system of the
United States to harass out of existence small ma and pa groups so that
they can't compete with the Church using Sacred Scriptures, delivering
more and better service for less than 1/10 the price!
Now here is the rest of the story. Almost every independent
Scientology practitioner has not only been legally harassed, but they
have also been criminally harassed by hoodlums, usually around the time
of the legal proceedings brought to bear against them.
THEY ALL HAVE SOME HORROR STORY TO TELL.
Reverend Enid Vien is a case in point. During the time when the
Church first sued her for copyright violations, her house was broken
into. A phone card was stolen on which $1700 in long distance charges
were then run up. Also stolen were some PARISHIONER CONFESSIONAL
FORMULARY FOLDERS! Those are the records practitioners keep of what
happens in session, including what the client says, and are like the
therapists's notes, only they are very detailed.
The only reason anyone could want someone's folder is to cull
overts and withholds from them to later blackmail the person. The
Church itself is allegedly notorious for this kind of behavior!
Then one night Enid found one of her four cats dying from a LARGE
CALIBER BULLET TO THE HEAD on her back steps.
Other practitioners have similar stories to tell. Dead pets are a
common occurance. Phoney calls to the police reporting non existent
child abuse, computer porn or drug dealing, or calls to the IRS
reporting non existent tax fraud are another. Also constant following
by private investigators for no apparent reason, not to mention calls to
employers and insurance companies giving false and alarming data from
anonymous 'concerned' citizens.
Enid wrote a letter to the FBI concerning the harassment, stating
that she could not prove it was the Church, but if anything happened to
her or her family they should know where to start looking. She sent a
copy of the letter to the RTC, and they threw a fit, BUT THE CRIMINAL
HARASSMENT STOPPED HAPPENING.
Now here is the catch. Scientology is either a for profit
corporation entitled to its copyrights and trade secrets or it is a tax
exempt religious denomination with no copyright or trade secret
protection on the use and dissemination of its Sacred Scriptures.
If you allow the Church to have its cake and eat it too, it will
use its tax free profits to destroy freedom of religion in America,
freedom not only to practice sane and intelligent Scientology,
unfettered by financial and control interests, but freedom to practice
other religions and disciplines of mental healing as well, which it
considers 'squirrel and off beat practices.'
It is a well known fact that the Church considers itself the mortal
enemy of Psychiatry, the AMA, the WHO, the FDA and a whole mess of
others. Some of this is because they honestly believe that practices
offered by these groups are really no good for you, but an awful lot of
it is simply that the Church brooks no competition.
To them

To them, if you are trying to help people, and you are not
practicing STANDARD Dianetics and Scientology, then you are doing
something wrong, you are a 'Squirrel' or worse an SP or Suppressive
Person. Although openly they have retracted the policy, inwardly in
their hearts many of them still feel that Squirrels and SP's are FAIR
GAME.
That means the Church will not censure or condemn any attack by one
of their members on the fair game target, whether legal or illegal,
unless of course they get caught.
If we can take this law suit to the higher courts and get a
reversal of the lower court's opinion, it would force the Church to
behave itself as any well mannered and cultured religion must, and it
would be a gigantic step forward towards true freedom of religion in
America.
You know maybe I shouldn't say this, but I am going to say it
anyhow. There are a lot of religious people in America WHO DON'T WANT
THERE TO BE FREEDOM OF RELIGION, they want everyone to follow THEIR
religion. Perhaps it might seem like a good thing if the Church of
Scientology were to wipe out its own Independent Field or Free Zone as
it is called, that would mean there were that many fewer Scientologists
around practicing one of those OTHER religions we wished didn't exist
namely Scientology.
But this is very short sighted, because I personally know what many
Scientology Church people think about other religions themselves. They
would prefer a One World, One Religion, One Government, One Thought kind
of World. LRH never said it, but I got sick of hearing it from my
fellow Scientologists.
The Church of Scientology, in my humble opinion, would wipe out
every physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or religious practice
except their own if they had a chance to do it. They have no written
policy that says this that I know of, but I lived with them for long
enough to know.
It is part of their own doctrine NEVER to mix Scientology with
other practices, which prevents Scientology from benefiting from wisdom
already present on Earth, and also prevents other practices from
benefiting from Scientology.
This is all because they don't wish any competition, not because
they really think it is best for mankind. My opinion.
THEY DON'T WANT THERE TO BE ANY OTHER PRACTICES, and Buddy, if you
aren't a Church Scientologist, THAT MEANS YOU!
So I plead with you all to consider supporting this cause, no
matter what you think about Scientology, LRH, the Free Zone or (God Help
Us) ME!
Enid is not asking for much, every $5.00 bill that comes to her aid
will add up to the possibility that she can appeal the decision. Her
lawyer has already promised to do the appeal for FREE if only Enid will
pay costs up to this point. The lawyer is a crack professional who has
spent years fighting the Church in earlier really massive lawsuits where
they lost big time.
The church is terrified of Enid and they are pressing her to drop
the suit swiftly, because they know damn well that if it gets to the
Supreme Court they will lose big time all over gain, and this time for
good. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS QUESTION OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOMS AND
TAX EXEMPTION ETC. have started to make the way to the top court of the
land.
Please, help us get it there.

As some of you know I have been sued for copyright violations by
the Church of Scientology. They had 3 very impressive law firms against
me and they won a judgement of $52,000.00 plus court costs of $9,600.00.
Shortly after the case President Clinton signed a bill
strengthening the first amendment. My case needs to be appealed very
badly as it affects all of us. I need to raise $20,000.00 in order to
do this. I owe my lawyer $10,000 and she is unable to continue without
funds, and the court is requiring that I post a bond covering the
$9600.00. This is basically an escrow account with a bonding company.
In addition it will cost about $2,000.00 to cover brand new costs
incurred to get the transcripts for the appeal.
So far in the past, I have raised $16,000 for my legal defense to
this time, but I am tired and I can not go on like this. Dealing with
people who are amoral, and who have no scruples is very debilitating and
injurious to the soul.
I defended this case on the basis of the first amendment and it was
not successful at the federal level. The chances are that it will be at
the appellate level, although the law is capricious as far as it's
judgement's are concerned.
I feel very strongly that the excesses of the Church of Scientology
need to be stopped. None of us are safe if religious persecution is
allowed to have a field day. Count up the Reform Churches (of
Scientology) that they have harassed and put out of business.
I thought I was safe because I never sold or copied any of their
materials. Yet they were awarded $25,000.00 because I loaned a Level 0
pack to a friend who copied it. $500.00 statutory award for each page.
Can you believe it? I think it is criminal. I paid $15.00 for the
entire pack when I bought it and I certainly did not think this trickery
was in any way called for.
The judge, Marilyn Huff, did not think I had any case for first
amendment protection, even though we explained that these writings were
our Scriptures and the Church of Scientology described them as such to
the IRS in their recent law suit to gain tax exemption status.
I will be obliged to give up the fight unless I get a great deal of

((The preceding plea has a long story behind. Many people in the
world detest LRH and the Church of Scientology, mostly because of the
outrageous and egregious behavior of his followers during the 40 years
of its history. Although many people blame LRH himself for ordering the
very behavior that has brought such shame and disgrace on his Church,
many of his followers have chosen instead to break off from the Church
to practice their form of Clearing Technology in the Independent Field.
When LRH died in the early 80's control of his Church was passed to
one David Miscavige and the legal entity known as the RTC, or Religious
Technology Center. Their basic purpose is to safeguard the uses of
Dianetics and Scientology copyrights, trademarks, and the religious
technology itself (confessional counseling), and to make sure that no
one uses it who is not under the tithing purview and jurisdiction of the
Church and the RTC.
Those who chose to continue on their own way, were often sued by
the Church for copyright violations, and use of trademarked secrets.
The practice of Scientology confessional counseling does involve some
rather arcane and secretive material called the Upper Levels, and they
were guarded jealously for many years, until they become the subject of
various court cases at which point much of them were read into the
public record.
It is no great secret any more that the Upper Levels are really a
saner and more modern form of exorcism, this is a religion after all
that believes in past lives, spirits both good and bad, and that people
often suffer from what they can't confront, namely raw evil.
Ever have monster nightmares as a kid?
Well these 'secret' upper levels provide a modern way to approach
these primal fears with out all the ignorance, superstition and
religious mumbo jumbo surrounding old time practices.
As an aside it is of interest to note that Scientology is one of
the few religions that does NOT believe in Eternal Hell for anyone, but
it does believe in a rather long protracted path of learning for those
who insist upon living by harming others.
For a long time the Church and its people were very unified, no one
would think of leaving the Church for any reason. But then when LRH
died and control passed to the RTC, things began to happen that some
followers could not condone. After much struggle, many of them left,
although MOST of them were PURGED, especially the most highly advanced
and trained counselors. They knew too much.
Since then prices in the Church have gone from 30 or 50 dollars an
hour for professional counseling to over $300! That's a 10 times
increase. Prices in the Independent Field have stayed low remaining in
the 20 to 50 dollars an hour range.
Continued spiritual research in the Church has stopped since LRH
died because no one is allowed to add to his writings or work. Research
in the field however has gone on unimpeded, greatly reducing the numbers
of hours to reach Clear and some of the higher states of being
attainable through Scientology counseling.
Since the Church can not compete with the Field and in fact does
not want to compete with the Field, it has spent millions of dollars
trying to wipe out the field on the basis of copyright and trade secret
violations.
Now many people think that LRH turned Dianetics into a religion
merely because he wanted the tax advantages and legal protections
afforded religions in the US and around the world. But the facts are
that all of its practitioners hold Scientology to be a religious
practice of spiritual counseling, and hell, they are exorcizing 'demons'
to boot, so of course it is a religion.
Therefore the efforts on the part of the RTC to stop independent
field practitioners from using Scientology Technology, is actually an
effort to prevent them from practicing their religion.
It would be like some group of Christians taking you to court for
using their Bible when you weren't an approved sect of the controlling
power. Imagine someone suing you for using the word Jesus or giving or
receiving communion because you weren't an Orthodox Catholic?
Can you imagine someone copyrighting or trademarking these
spiritual practices?
Now it is true that the writings of LRH are the private writings of
one man, and as such they do fall under standard copyright protection in
the United States. However he meant for them to be used as Sacred
Scripture for purely religious purposes and spiritual advancement, and
this is exactly how they are held by his followers, both in and out of
the Church.
A while back the Church had a decision to make concerning the
nature of its organization. It had to choose between being a Church and
a not for profit religion, which it wanted to be for tax purposes, or
being a for profit Corporation which could legally copyright its work
and mark some of them as Trade Secrets.
The law protects legal Corporations when it comes to trade secrets,
and copyright matters. Corporations are for profit and they pay taxes,
and they are afforded various protections under the law WHICH RELIGIONS
ARE NOT.
Recently the Church of Scientology won its status as a religion
with the IRS so it is now TAX FREE, which means YOUR TAX DOLLARS go to
support it where normally its own tax dollars would.
The net worth of the Church is in the hundreds of millions and its
yearly income is in the millions.
Yet still the Church wishes to treat its writings as licensed
secrets that only those it approves of may use. Thus it is spending
literally millions of dollars that it gets TAX FREE from its
parishioners to sue those who wish to practice private Scientology in
the field.
If the Church had to pay taxes on its income it would not be so
fast with the law suits.
Now here is the story behind the story. The Church never sues in
criminal court, but only in civil court. Under criminal law you are
innocent until proven guilty. BUT UNDER CIVIL LAW YOU ARE GUILTY UNTIL
PROVEN INNOCENT.
That means they can sue you for ANYTHING ANY TIME THEY WISH AND YOU
HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND PROVE THAT YOU ARE INNOCENT!
Yet going to court costs the small guy lots of money which he
doesn't have because he is not making millions of dollars a year, and he
IS paying taxes on his income!
Therefore the Church has allegedly taken the tactic of suing field
practitioners EVEN WHEN THE CHURCH KNOWS THE SUIT IS INDEFENSIBLE or
SHAKEY, because they know the field practitioner will back down and
avoid the suit altogether by doing what ever the Church wishes.
So what we have here is a multimillion dollar NON PROFIT
corporation which does NOT pay taxes, USING the court system of the
United States to harass out of existence small ma and pa groups so that
they can't compete with the Church using Sacred Scriptures, delivering
more and better service for less than 1/10 the price!
Now here is the rest of the story. Almost every independent
Scientology practitioner has not only been legally harassed, but they
have also been criminally harassed by hoodlums, usually around the time
of the legal proceedings brought to bear against them.
THEY ALL HAVE SOME HORROR STORY TO TELL.
Reverend Enid Vien is a case in point. During the time when the
Church first sued her for copyright violations, her house was broken
into. A phone card was stolen on which $1700 in long distance charges
were then run up. Also stolen were some PARISHIONER CONFESSIONAL
FORMULARY FOLDERS! Those are the records practitioners keep of what
happens in session, including what the client says, and are like the
therapists's notes, only they are very detailed.
The only reason anyone could want someone's folder is to cull
overts and withholds from them to later blackmail the person. The
Church itself is allegedly notorious for this kind of behavior!
Then one night Enid found one of her four cats dying from a LARGE
CALIBER BULLET TO THE HEAD on her back steps.
Other practitioners have similar stories to tell. Dead pets are a
common occurance. Phoney calls to the police reporting non existent
child abuse, computer porn or drug dealing, or calls to the IRS
reporting non existent tax fraud are another. Also constant following
by private investigators for no apparent reason, not to mention calls to
employers and insurance companies giving false and alarming data from
anonymous 'concerned' citizens.
Enid wrote a letter to the FBI concerning the harassment, stating
that she could not prove it was the Church, but if anything happened to
her or her family they should know where to start looking. She sent a
copy of the letter to the RTC, and they threw a fit, BUT THE CRIMINAL
HARASSMENT STOPPED HAPPENING.
Now here is the catch. Scientology is either a for profit
corporation entitled to its copyrights and trade secrets or it is a tax
exempt religious denomination with no copyright or trade secret
protection on the use and dissemination of its Sacred Scriptures.
If you allow the Church to have its cake and eat it too, it will
use its tax free profits to destroy freedom of religion in America,
freedom not only to practice sane and intelligent Scientology,
unfettered by financial and control interests, but freedom to practice
other religions and disciplines of mental healing as well, which it
considers 'squirrel and off beat practices.'
It is a well known fact that the Church considers itself the mortal
enemy of Psychiatry, the AMA, the WHO, the FDA and a whole mess of
others. Some of this is because they honestly believe that practices
offered by these groups are really no good for you, but an awful lot of
it is simply that the Church brooks no competition.
To them

To them, if you are trying to help people, and you are not
practicing STANDARD Dianetics and Scientology, then you are doing
something wrong, you are a 'Squirrel' or worse an SP or Suppressive
Person. Although openly they have retracted the policy, inwardly in
their hearts many of them still feel that Squirrels and SP's are FAIR
GAME.
That means the Church will not censure or condemn any attack by one
of their members on the fair game target, whether legal or illegal,
unless of course they get caught.
If we can take this law suit to the higher courts and get a
reversal of the lower court's opinion, it would force the Church to
behave itself as any well mannered and cultured religion must, and it
would be a gigantic step forward towards true freedom of religion in
America.
You know maybe I shouldn't say this, but I am going to say it
anyhow. There are a lot of religious people in America WHO DON'T WANT
THERE TO BE FREEDOM OF RELIGION, they want everyone to follow THEIR
religion. Perhaps it might seem like a good thing if the Church of
Scientology were to wipe out its own Independent Field or Free Zone as
it is called, that would mean there were that many fewer Scientologists
around practicing one of those OTHER religions we wished didn't exist
namely Scientology.
But this is very short sighted, because I personally know what many
Scientology Church people think about other religions themselves. They
would prefer a One World, One Religion, One Government, One Thought kind
of World. LRH never said it, but I got sick of hearing it from my
fellow Scientologists.
The Church of Scientology, in my humble opinion, would wipe out
every physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or religious practice
except their own if they had a chance to do it. They have no written
policy that says this that I know of, but I lived with them for long
enough to know.
It is part of their own doctrine NEVER to mix Scientology with
other practices, which prevents Scientology from benefiting from wisdom
already present on Earth, and also prevents other practices from
benefiting from Scientology.
This is all because they don't wish any competition, not because
they really think it is best for mankind. My opinion.
THEY DON'T WANT THERE TO BE ANY OTHER PRACTICES, and Buddy, if you
aren't a Church Scientologist, THAT MEANS YOU!
So I plead with you all to consider supporting this cause, no
matter what you think about Scientology, LRH, the Free Zone or (God Help
Us) ME!
Enid is not asking for much, every $5.00 bill that comes to her aid
will add up to the possibility that she can appeal the decision. Her
lawyer has already promised to do the appeal for FREE if only Enid will
pay costs up to this point. The lawyer is a crack professional who has
spent years fighting the Church in earlier really massive lawsuits where
they lost big time.
The church is terrified of Enid and they are pressing her to drop
the suit swiftly, because they know damn well that if it gets to the
Supreme Court they will lose big time all over gain, and this time for
good. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS QUESTION OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOMS AND
TAX EXEMPTION ETC. have started to make the way to the top court of the
land.
Please, help us get it there.

ends up in death and disaster if applied to actual existence which
certainly is and certainly is not is not.
In the end such self denying arguments pretend to say something
deep, everything is doubtable, but in the end merely state self denying
propositions, like "this statement is false."
If I say "All dogs are animals, Joey is a dog, but Joey is not an
animal," then what have I said? Nothing. No information or knowledge
is conveyed. CERTAINLY.
Logic is King, logic is the ethics of language, thought and all
knowledge, even the subject of logiclessness.
For if you say 'Such and so *IS* logicless' you have invoked
the logic of IS and IS NOT to say so.
So let's cut the crap.
A mind that lives with self denying propositions is a mind that
does not work and is not in contact with actuality which is as it is and
isn't as it isn't.
It is the certainly perceived nature of personal agency, existence
and our direct perception of conscious color form around us that GIVES
us the idea of what IS means and a complete and only description of it,
because the first quality of consciousness is that it IS. That
description of IS, which we perceive in our conscious isness, is:
IS means IS

IS NOT means IS NOT
IS NOT does not mean IS
Or put another way

THREE PHASES OF THE PROOF
The Proof needs to be taught in 3 phases.
Each one needs to be done in order before going onto the next one or
the process will fail.
Sometimes when I am messing around with someone brighter than the
normal bear, going over various things from the 2nd and 3rd phases
without having cleared the 1st phase first, they will suddenly stop me
and asy "Where is this leading?"
So I might answer "Oh well, the world is a dream, consciousness
is scalar, and you and me and everyone else are co dreamers".
They will then say "But I know that's absurd, you are wasting my
time with this."
Ok, so there we have it, they 'know' its absurd, so they can't
look any further.
Even if I were to present incontrovertible proof to them that the
world was a dream, they still wouldn't get it because it would oppose
their prior false 'certainty' that the world was not a dream.
The new data and the old data would put them in an incredibility.
The anatomy of an incredibility is
Certainty that something is true,
Certainty that something is impossible.
Their mind can not proceed beyond the incredibility, and so
discussion becomes fruitless.
Ok, now fortunately for us, this person's 'certainty' that the world
is not a dream is in fact a false certainty, a conviction you might say
born of fair chosen force and criminal or even majestic self denial rather
than clarity, lucidity and enlightment.
There was a time in their past, when they knew the world was a dream
and were operating comfortably in it. Then something happened that threw
doubt on their perfect certainty. They allowed this to happen, even
invited and paid for it for the thrill, but the doubt carried them away
into such horror of the possibility the world was not a dream, they
actually became more convinced it wasn't.
That is called the Doubt Effect.
"Doubt is self casting" - Adore.
Now during this incident the being had to make a decision about
what to DO next, and what to do was affected by whether the world was a
dream or not. If it was a dream, then he would do A, and if it wasn't a
dream then he would do B.
But his doubt had pushed him under the 50/50 point to where he
would in that moment of stress bet against the world being a dream.
Thus out of that doubt he chose the wrong decision, he COMMITTED to
the postulate that the world was not a dream by chosing the course of
action mandated by the postulate.
He made wrong his original certainty that the world was a dream, he
condemned it and damned it as treasonous, he smashed and crushed that
certainty out of existence and his entire eternal beautiful personality
with it, and he swore FOREVER and ever to never again make that mistake,
and he made right, forever more, the idea that the world was not a
dream.
The amount of charge in this incident was and still is infinite as
he lost his infinite future.
This IS the infinite incident.
OK, so in a moment of doubt he chose to go with the meatball theory
of existance, but then he never came back to reevaluate his doubt or his
prior perfect certainty, because he made the decision to avoid it
forever.
Notice he was never certain the world was not a dream, he was just
appalled and overwhelmed by his momentary doubt that cast a darker
shadow than he was expecting, it *SURPRISED* him. Then in his panic and
*HURRY* to make a decision, he went with the postulate of darkness, and
afterwards decided it better never to go back and reevaluate it lest he
find out he was wrong.
First the guy knows its the best of all possible worlds.
Then he doubts it, which makes him feel so bad he considers MORE
that it isn't the best of all possible worlds.
Then he never goes back to reevaluate because he is terrified he
might find out it WAS the best of all possible worlds after all, and how
would he ever live his error down.
God, his enemies are smug.
So now here I am trying to show him clear evidence that the world is
a dream, but his prior false certainty it isn't will not allow him to
track well with my presentation, and worse it will make him feel like I am
wasting his time, or trying to make him into a fool again.
At first he is not a fool.
Then someone shows him he is a fool.
Then he finds out he wasn't a fool after all, and therefore
WAS a fool after all for thinking he was a fool when he wasn't.
Gotta love it, gotta appreciate that for ludicrous demise.
You see he felt the fool the first time the doubt effect turned him
away from and endlessly beautiful future, that is part of why he damned
his original knowledge of eternality.
And now his safe solution to never be a fool again is to never
again waste time considering the possibility that he is in fact
eternal. No he was a fool once, he won't be THAT fool again!
An eternal does not appreciate doubting himself, and does not
appreciate being the fool. Better to believe you are going to die, and
end up living forever, than believe you are going to live forever and
end up dying.

right all along, would make him the fool twice, and surely he would not

laughing at him forever and ever Amen.
So when dealing with the perfect certainties of The Proof, one runs
into old false 'certainties' that need to be cleared out first.
Until the being admits he hasn't a clue whether the world is a
dream or not, and admits each and every one of these incidents where he
concluded it wasn't a dream were in fact to date unjustifiable, then he
will never be able to deal with the new analysis showing him the world
might in fact be a dream.
So the whole second part of the proof is devoted to just this,
clearing out the false certainties that the being has that the world is
not a dream.
First we get him to recognise that consciousness exists as its
own phenomenon, and familiarize him with how he is using it to
symbolize referents in the alleged material world.
Then we get him to go over and reevaluate all the evidence he has

concluded the alleged material world was probably actual.

him or holding him back from being eager and willing to find out once
again what Eternal Home is really like.
At that point the being is back at 50/50 on whether the world is a
dream or not. He sees he has no evidence one way or the other and he is
sitting square in the middle of the fence waiting to be blown away to
either side again by the slightest datum that comes in.
Now this is a very difficult period for the pc, its like not
knowing if you are going to be condemned to eternal life or eternal
death. Who knows what you may find out for real that will lead you back
down the meatball road.
Most beings can't stand this, better to pretend you are going to
die, than sit there not knowing. If you believe you are going to die,
then you are at least prepared, if you aren't going to die at body death
then all the better, it will be a good surprise. Or so he thinks until
he realizes how wrong he was and how wasteful it was to be that wrong.
So the weak being will start to fabricate false certainties all
over again making him just sure the world is not a dream and he is going
to die forever one day, which justifies further non discussion of the
matter lest he get his hopes up, find out you are wrong or an idiot, and
have them crashed all over again.
Don't approach someone with promise of proof of eternality and fail
to deliver. You will end up on a cross.
Or they will start to worry about hell forever, maybe the world is
a dream, and they are some sinner and going to be cast into the lake of
fire forever and ever. The upside of this is they get quick insight
into how they invented the death forever thing in the first place :)
Death is a way to get out of hell!
So keeping a being on the 50/50 fence just long enough to start on
phase 3 of the Proof is an undertaking all in itself. It is mostly
auditing, incidents coming up, mind fabricating lies as fast as it can,
worst possible horrors presented on the table as real possibilities, and
the more horrible they are the more likely they are to boot!
But you know, the world is with this guy as long as he remains
honest with himself and doesn't duck for the comfort and cover of lies.
For if he sits square on that fence at 50/50 and you don't do a
thing else, he will start to vision his eyes out, start to see things,
remember things, feel things. They will scare the hell out of him, the
philosophical and visonary vertigo will make him reel, but it will show
him one thing for SURE, it is much more likely he is going to live
forever than not.
He still won't know if its in Heaven or Hell though :)
And THAT is such a problem to him, he still wonders if dying
forever might be better.
If you just left him there on the fence, he would probably get off
it on the eternal side and start to live his life again, and probably
not even need phase 3 of the proof.
But he would believe he was probably eternal without having a firm
grasp as to WHY it was true or how it could be.
That's what phase 3 does for the guy, it shows him exactly what it
is about consciousness that is so magical, and once he sees how it all
works, all the horrors of being eternal begin to fade as he sees the
mechanism by which he creates them, belief in outwardness,
dimensionality, separation, other determinism, cringe and flinch.
He sees the basic error, assigning to non existent referents
qualities that belong to the symbol.
Namely the quality of existence, the symbol exists, the referent
doesn't.
The first phase is a lot of indoctrination, mostly to clarify what
he already believes and operates on at a semi subconscious level every
day, while trying to learn and survive in a space/time game stream. It
is the operating manual of a state determined space/time machine,
tooling around spacetime, learning by looking.
The E/P of phase one is the pc knows that consciousness is its own
thing, and he is using it to symbolize alleged referents in the alleged
material universe of space/time.
The second phase clarifies the two theories of existence, meatball
or dreamball, namely whether those referents exist or not, and gets him
to reevaluate all his convictions and criminal or majestic make wrongs
on the subject of certainty on whether the world is or is not a dream.
(Majesty means Master of Jest, he did it to himself as a prank or
practical joke, a large one, a *MAJESTIC* practical joke.)
The E/P of phase two is he has no clue, 50/50, scared witless of
what is to come. He sees that ALL evidence he ever had the world was
not a dream was not in fact valid.
He sees that his own doubts gave added weight to what he doubted,
and that in the end he merely made the matter wrong with intent never to
revisit it again.
The third phase begins to walk the being through The Proof proper
by getting him to see what consciousness is not, namely a machine
operating via cause and effect across a space/time dimension.
This is a long and arduous process as the visionary experiences go
right into the center core of the reactor of existence and the power
waves that come from it are tidal and overwhelming.
It is hard to look the stardrive in the eye without flinch.
It takes a long time of going over and over the material of how
phase one learning works, and seeing that consciousness is no such
thing, and wondering what it is then, without coming up with ANY ANSWERS
AT ALL, until one finally understands that consciousnes can't be
understood in the terms of space/time mechanics, period.
At that point the being sees FOR SURE that consciousness is not a
space/time dimensional entity, but that it is used as a symbol to refer
to and project pictures of self luminous virtual realities of space/time
dimensional entities.
The end result of this experience is the idea the world is not a
dream becomes asymptotically ludicrous as time goes on.
The being stops worrying about death forever or hell forever.
He pays more attention to his consciousness than the virtual
realities it purports to render, and he can spot and stop dramatizing
temporal forevers altogether replacing them with timeless Eternities
instead.
He understands that the cycle of Truth is Peace, Love, Anger, Fear,
Sorrow, Hope, Humor and Peace.
He's even willing to have it all happen again, the Twice Fool was
Beautiful and his best friend, himself.
He even begins to *DESIGN* it happening again, but a LONG time
from now :)
The past thus becomes ALL worthwhile and with it so does the
future.
He and what he concocts ARE his future.
