Higher Self has no regrets, all is designed with pride and majesty
aforethought.

Erase what has regrets, but only after you stop regretting regretting
and see the humor and beauty to it all. The idea that cause flows from
being to being is in fact wrong. Overts and motivators both are a lie.

Erasure only takes place upon recongnition of perfect art and humor.

One does not get rid of what one doesn't want. One only erases what is
too cool to let be any longer. Put it back in the vault of potential
manifestation for another day.

If it ain't cool, you are stuck with it man.

writing a comedy-tragedy that only the audience can appreciate. You
become free when you can as-is your stuck condition in the actor and can
become the audience again.

The audience *APPRECIATES* what happened.

Dreams become more 'real' under a number of circumstances.

1.) Each dream is a lesson in flinch and cringe.

Learn the lessons, and the next dream lesson in line will start to

Walking through an endlessly beautiful city, eventually leads to
total enmest.

nipping at your bones. Gotta become orientation point and make them
swim elsewhere or in formation with you, but not attack you. They make
good body guards if you can get it right.

But dark waters still scare the day lights out of me.

2.) Treating other beings in dreams as actual conscious units,
elemental or BT though they may be, goes a long ways to increasing the
ARC in the dream which includes R.

Start by talking to or interviewing them, Hey you know we are
dreaming? Or walk around and say to everyone you pass, Thanks for being
in my dream!

Tell them a joke, see if you can get them to laugh, love or cry.
Pretty soon they will be telling you jokes that will startle you out of
the dream.

Jesus, that thing was more alive than I am!

By the time you are running NOTS on the bastards that like to pick
you up by the back of your underpants, and throw you against the wall,
dreams will have become very real.

You also learn how to pass through walls as an added bonus, again a
lesson in flinch.

NOTs is New era dianetics for Operating Thetans.

"Who are you, what are you, how many are you?" until friendly or
puddled.

Never ask a friendly being their name, it will puddle them, as its
too close to who are you, what are you, how many are you.

Never look them too deeply in the eyes, or ask them complicated
questions, they fall apart, usually into entheta, ugly disgusting stuff.

On the other hand if its a bastard trying to stick its finger up
your ass every time you try to fly into the air, well asking for its
name, rank and serial number is pretty close to NOTS. No need to
puddle, get how many and they just start behaving and smiling again.

It's fun to watch them count up on their own, once they 'get it'.

When they start to mock your auditing efforts by mimicking you
before you can say the command, you know they are real, and you better
count them up into the 100 trillions, because they ain't going to
respond to 2 or 3. The more number of beings there are in a composite
cluster, the more real they can act and withstand a good conversation.

And/or be obnoxious and over power you with force.

I have been passing lessons in my dreams for so long now, that they
have become kind of boring sometimes. Used to be bugs then babes, then
bugs, then babes. Sometimes interspersed with volcanoes, mega tornadoes,
rising waters, tsunamis, and atomic explosions.

Hell I can make the tsunamis rise and fall at will now, its all
fear based. You see a wave that's a little bit big, then it becomes
bigger and bigger, then each one after that is REALLY big and wiping out
everything, and pretty soon you are holding onto the roof stops of sky
scrapers hoping the water doesn't wash you away.

Great fun, once you know you can stop it just by ceasing to worry
about it. Or perhaps you continue to worry about it just to scare
everyone else in the dream, that's fun too.

As for the bugs and babes, I learned to make the bugs laugh, or I
would simply relax out completely and not worry about them being very
still, now they leave me alone, and I learned to not go looking for
babes, I sit down exactly where I am, and they appear out of the aether
and wrap themselves around me. God I love tits.

Lesson? If you fear the bug and try to run away, it will come
after you with all the power and speed and SOLIDITY you fear it has.
It's your bug, how can you run away from it? If you just relax, let
them crawl and buzz all over you, the bees and electric tarantulas in
particular, they just go away. I been up to over my head in bugs at
times, like a hurricane of beetles and grasshoppers, I just close my
eyes, and let it happen. I can feel them hitting my body and and
burying me, but when it's over and I open my eyes, its just an infinite
expanse of bugs, big deal.

A single cringe and a million stingers are in you in a flash.

The best ones are when bees are crawling around in my ear canals,
the buzz gets really loud, and their feet, well its really an experience
that can't be missed.

As for babes, if you postulate you have to go looking for babes,
you have pre postulated you don't have any. Which rules? This is a
hard one, because in dreams babes CAN come out of the wood work, no
matter how dark and rotten and crawling with worms the cellar you are in
is, but in this dream, babes have to come from somewhere, EVERYTHING has
to come from somewhere, and you have to BE someplace they are allowed to
go. They won't just show up in your apartment.

Unfortunately, in this world babes still hate me, hook, line and
sinker, I guess I am still a bug to them, so when they do find me, they
go running screaming for the thought police. 'Eek that guy over there
looked at me!'

So dream life can be way happier than this life.

Used to be girls hated me in dreams too, talk about suicidal
depression, I couldn't get my own mother to love me if my life depended
on it.

But I learned to scratch their backs, and that warmed them up, and
pretty soon they would sit closer and let me scratch more.

That was a miracle! I had learned to turn a total ongoing life
long nightmare into a significant heaven.

That was a major change for me, it was the first time I actually
learned something in a dream that changed the overwhelming depression
about girls in dreams. I mean it had been a life long problem of
continuous rejection dream after dream after dream.

Suddenly that was gone.

Or I would reach out and squeeze a boob and they would throw an
abercrombian fitch, kind of like on, what's that place, oh yeah Earth.

Then one day I asked one, who was having a horrid reaction to being
copped, why it upset her so, and she said "I don't want to be aroused".

I said OK, and started to consider them more real as beings than
before. I started to take particular pains to touch them in non
arousing ways. Babies touch mothers tits all the time without creating
a sexual frenzy. It can be done, scientific proof is at hand.

Ok, somehow things went from very bad on that subject, to girls get
upset now if I don't squeeze the boobies, kind of like a dog that comes
up and wants to be pet and you don't. You know they lie on their backs
spread their legs and say 'Scratch me *HERE*', usually dead center in
the slapping zone.

However sometimes if one of these girls is too warm to me, I ask
them if they are the Devil. If they turn into a demon, the answer is
yes :) Lots of sucubi and incubi in this lot :)

And now I can get whole rooms of girls to take off their blouses
just by issuing the thought.

If they don't want to, and its a forced kind of thing, it doesn't
work very well, I have to put EFFORT into the thought to make it happen.
If they want to though, or aren't opposed, the lightest thought just
gives them permission and away the shirts go.

They giggle, they look nervous, then relieved, they look around to
others who are doing it first, its a group reaction kind of thing. Much
easier to get 100 girls to take their shirts off than one.

Remember that the next time you are in physics class.

Truth is girls hate covering their boobs, although Earth Girls
rarely will admit it, but then most of them rarely admit much of
anything, as most are demons anyhow :)

Just joking, but really, scientists think they have found cold
absolute zero in outer space. They really aren't looking very hard are
they.

Lesson? Cold = Hatred born of Sorrow, Fear and Jealousy.

If that doesn't indicate and open the door to warmth, ask if a
demon.

Demons are just giggling inside from hideous joy.

But at least it ain't cold!

But the best dreams are when I am dreaming that I am sleeping, or
lying on a couch listening to a musical I never heard before, or on a
beach just lazying in the sun, because sometimes I get sick of dream
action. It's exhausting climbing mountains that grow bigger with every
step, or chasing after something, or trying 'to get home'.

I also hate it to pieces when I am walking along a path and
suddenly it bends up into the sky and back over my head.

Or when I find that outside actually has a ceiling and walls, and
really I am still inside.

Try to get outside while inside can become a major problem for me.
Sometimes I gotta just chill out and say 'around that corner will be a
door that actually leads out.'

I also hate these endless cities where every outside is just
another courtyard surrounded by buildings.

Or when the fucking stairs don't go anywhere, or end up in a door
too small (tight vaginal retentive bitch, mother was).

But usually I can just wave my hands and the doors grow to proper
sizes, or the hill comes down and is climbable.

The only real dreams left of the lesson type are the killer lessons
of this life that I don't seem to be able to learn, like the disparing
suffocating harrowing loneliness that I suffered at Cornell and
Hotchkiss, and the utter utter utter purposelessness that I presently
live in.

Much of it is failed crying.

"Everything is going to die one day, everything is going to leave
me, and I will never see them again."

That's enough to create a Black V out of any God.

Black V is one who can't mockup anything in their imagination.

I can sit for HOURS in squirming pain and not be able to have or
create one single interesting thought beyond black ugly nothingness.

My cats are teaching me to cry (audit last days), and that tends to
blow the hysterical nothingness of my present life for a while.

Crying will solve any boredom, for sorrow is love.

But getting to the sorrow can be hard. (Audit future losses, not
past losses, last goodbyes and first hellos).

But its endless, the pit of oblivion and nothingness, that I live
in.

I used to fear death, now I fear endless life.

I think this state is the inbetween lives state I am in, and it
won't resolve on this life time incidents.

Mortality is a solution to a detested immortality which was a dodge
from eternal beatitude. I have seen it, know it is there, but I can't
keep it if I get it from drugs, and I haven't been able to get it
without the drugs. Acid and pot in particular.

I used to do drugs to solve it, the infinite monotony, alcohol,
cigarettes, pot, speed, acid, cocaine, antihistamines you name it.

Acid showed me I could be where I wanted to be without the drugs,
but being drug free for 15 years trying to get there has been a
herculean feat of failure after failure.

We are climbing the mountain, but we are not getting to the top.

And the purposelessness and lack of interest in ANYTHING is really
something else.

Don't come here, you don't want to be here. Find another route.

But I must say the pot and acid in dreams are out of this world.

And so is the music.

You're asking me? I just channel this crap.

It comes from the analogy of a story with many Authors and many
characters.

Even if each Author takes full responsibility for only one
character, the Author can not enhance the story of his one character
without changing the story of other Characters, thus running afoul of
the efforts of other Authors trying to enhance the story of their own
characters too.

Thus Authors have to work together so the story gets enhanced for
all characters.

The OT operates by adjusting the entire matrix of space/time, the
whole STORY gets adjusted, past, present and future. When more than one
are doing this, it will causes cosmic ridges and failures unless they
dance together.

Because the OT is adjusting the entire space/time matrix, even if
only just a wee bit at a time, there is no propagation delay because
propagation only applies to causes working within the space/time stream.

The human tries to cause big changes in his small area of
influence.

The OT tries to make small changes in the AllThatIS.

The human has to exert an effort to make a postulate happen.

The OT merely has to see how a story can be improved, so it is.

The OT can bring business to his door, but the human has to get up
and ANSWER the door.

Thus merely running

"What makes for a bad story?"

is enough to bring the OT changes into place, as the answers
tumble out of the matrix into the OT's view and appreciation.

The OT doesn't have to DO anything, his mere understanding of the
better story is sufficient cause.

Hey if you want to have OT powers you might as well have OT
powers, right?

The one caveat is, that the OT way to KNOW that new understanding,
is to first NOT KNOW IT on purpose for a while.

WHAT IS

WHAT IS

We *DEFINE* reality and actuality as follows, there can be no
argument with this.

<Definition>

Actuality is what is true.

Reality is what we think is true, what is real to us.

</Definition>

Reality persists (in time) to the degree that reality does not equal
actuality.

What is, is a zero dimensional operating actuality, called the
AllThatIs, with the capability of creating, projecting and perceiving
illusions of multi dimensional operating realities within its own zero
dimensional substance.

Zero dimensions might seem small, but it takes having dimension and
extension before something can be small or large. Without dimension,
small and large are without meaning.

The created dimensional realities are called illusions, because
the conscious experience of space and time does not itself take up any
space or time. The holographic film plate is zero dimensional and is
in fact the very substance and substrate of the AllThatIs itself.

The AllThatIs is a self luminous glow in the dark space time
projector.

The AllThatIs has two operating parts, Source and Sourcer.

"You are a Sourcer.

Sourcer's like to source sourcery, usually on Apprehentices.

Apprehentices are apprehensive about apprehending sourcery.

Sourcers cast sourcery from Source by casting Pride before
Magnificence."

Source stands for Sovereign Omnilord of Unanimous Regency and
Caliber Excaliper.

Regency is universal acceptance by others outside of one's own
normal operating jurisdictions by virtue of needed, wanted and
acknowledged superior operating know how.

ExCaliper means without measure, worth beyond measure.

Sourcers form the High-US.

Source is the underlying causal mechanism that ties the High-US
all together and allows us to interact with each other and with
Source.

The Sourcer is me and thee, the Will or viewport through which
Source sources illusions of multidimensional realities, i.e. matter
energy, space and time.

Source sources what Source is not.

Source is zero dimensional, sourcery is multi dimensional.

Source sources only when Will casts.

Neither Source nor Sourcer are created but are eternally
coexistent as the One and the Many. Like Argus who had a 100 eyes,
there is one source and an infinite number of Sourcers or viewports
into maya.

Source and Sourcer form the world of Dura, the realm of
permanence outside of time.

Sourcery forms the world of Sabe (Sa-bay), the realm of
impermanence and loss inside of time.

Both Source and Sourcer are immutable, uncreateable,
unchangeable, and undestroyable, and thus they exist forever, have
existed forever, will exist forever and could do nothing but exist
forever. It is not even a choice.

This forever however is an ExTemporal forever, not a forever in
time. We call this ExTemporal forever an Eternal forever, rather than
a Temporal forever.

Sourcers like to source Sourcery.

Sourcery consists of projections of multi dimensional realities
in the zero dimensional self luminescent fabric of Source.

The purpose of Sourcery is the communication of art.

Creation is an act of sourcery, the will conceives and so it
becomes cast as the will conceives it.

The only thing that can be created or destroyed is sourcery,
illusions of multidimensional reality.

The will can at any time veto a creation after the fact of its
creation by merely unconceiving of it, taking his attention off of it.

Should the will like its creation however, it can make it persist
by adding added significance to the creation, thus altering it from
its pristine form, and thus adding time and change.

The primary added significances are who made it and why, i.e.
what its purpose or use is. This relates the object to some desire of
the creator or others, which desire comes AFTER the fact of the
object's original pristine creation. Thus claiming it was created for
a purpose is a time backwards lie which causes persistence until
reversed.

It was created for a purpose, the communication of art, but this
is not the purpose added to the object after its creation which
signifies its use. The 'purpose' of an ashtray is to hold ashes.

The art that is being communicated via expression through
sourcery is the beauty of self love and native state.

There is no higher love than self love.

Next down from self love is love for other's self love.

The AllThatIs is the best of all possible universes.

That anything should exist at all is astounding.

That it should also have been the best of all possible universes is
beyond comprehension.

Since the desirability of any AllThatIs is a function of how much
accord there is between that AllThatIs and our desire, once could argue
that either our desire was crafted to match the AllThatIS, or that the
AllthatIS was crafted to match our desire.

Could our desire have been any other way?

Could the AllThatIS have been any other way?

Is the absolute accord between our desire and the AllThatIs an
accident of grand coincidence, or could it not have been any other way?

It is the impulse to share one's self love with others that moves
one to create sourcery in order to manifest the beauty of native state
in the world of created illusions.

It is easy to believe that the created illusions are themselves
the art that is intended by the sourcer, however no beauty of Temporal
dimensionality can ever match the beauty of ExTemporal non
dimensionality.

The beauty of native state is instead manifested through the lies
and illogic that are used to make the created illusions persist.

The LIES AND ILLOGICS used to make the art of temporal
dimensionality persist are capable of matching the beauty of native
state.

This is because lies are a reflection of truth, truth seen in a
mirror if you will.

Thus by understanding the lies, one understands the truths of
native state, and its beauty, as that beauty is ensconced in the
beauty of those lies.

No truth in the multi dimensional reality will ever show you a
truth about native state.

No beauty in the multi dimensional reality will ever show you a
beauty about native state.

Thus while in the dream time, while believing reality to be
actuality, Sourcers, conscious units, are unaware of the beauty that
is being manifested through their persistence (and thus suffering).

But in the process of coming into the dream, and in leaving it
through auditing, they get to see the beauty of their own self love,
and of other's self love, as it is manifested to them through the lies
and illogics that they and other's used to make themselves persist in
time.

"High Halcyon is bemused relief on the verge of time.

The halcyon winds of summer heal the cold cruel wounds of winter."
- Adore.

The lies and illogics are cognitions or 'cogs', and as each is
found the drama of seriousness, importance, permanence (of loss) and
pain blow off as humor and the beauty of Eternal self love.

J.E.S.T means Jokes of Eternal Self Treason
J.E.S.T means Justice of Eternal Self Truth.
J.O.K.E means Justice Of Kindship Excaliper.

All Justice is Jestice.

Thus a pc's suffering while in the world, is a gift to the world of
a self created tragi-comedy of magnitude.

All suffering is artful dodge, the art is an expression through
lies and illogic of the being's own self love so that other's might
share in it too.

It takes great skill to fall down and make other's laugh.

Although all viewports sleep together in native state, they sleep
alone.

THUS CREATING A SHARED PERSISTENCE IN THE WORLD OF MANIFESTATION
AND TIME WAS THE ONLY WAY THE BEAUTY OF ETERNAL PEACE COULD BE SHARED
WITH OTHERS.

All manifestation is loss of native state and thus is suffering.

However the beauty is not in the vain posturings of manifestation,
but in the lies and illogics that allow the loss of native state to
persist.

Native state is the world of Dura, true permanence in an ExTemporal
forever.

Manifestation is the world of Sabe, apparent permanence of loss in
a Temporal forever. (A temporal forever is actually a lie, as all that
exists are temporal whiles.)

Dura is actuality, Sabe is reality.

The transition back and forth between the two is fair chosen.

As-isness is recovery of eternal art hidden in persisting loss.

The loss ends when the recovery of that art is complete.

But one is alone again in the light of one's own Eternal self love.

"I just gotta share this with someone!"

Just before one goes back to sleep.

ASSIGNMENT OF QUALITY

ASSIGNMENT OF QUALITIES

(Assignment of quality is now called mapping of qualities
between symbols and referents.)

In our discussions about symbols and referents we have learned a
number of very important things.

The first is that symbols and referents are two different
objects, the symbol is used to refer to the referent.

Because they are objects they have quality sets which describe
them, and because they are two different objects, each one has a
unique quality set different from the other.

They may have some qualities in common, but they *DEFINITELY*
have some different qualities between them.

The first quality therefore that usually describes both the
symbol and the referent is that the symbol is not the referent and the
referent is not the symbol. They can be the same object, but usually
they are not.

Sometimes the symbol has qualities that encode the various
qualities of the referent, and thus we say the symbol contains data
about the referent.

For example the word 'cow' doesn't contain any data at all about
what a cow really is, but a picture of a cow surely does.

Thus symbols like the word cow are said to have low data content,
and symbols like pictures are said to have high data content.

Also sometimes the qualities of the symbol that contain data
about the referent are very similar to the qualities of the referent
itself, so for example the picture of a cow not only encodes data
about the real cow, it also looks a lot like it.

We call this similarity between the qualities of the symbol and
the referent geometric congruency.

Strictly speaking congruency means the symbol and referent would
be identical in qualities to each other, so we are really talking
about geometric similarity, but we call it congruency anyhow.

Thus a picture of a cube is also clearly cubic, even though it is
only a 2D projection of a cube. The same relation holds between the
picture of a cow and a real cow, they look much the same plus or minus
differences.

As we have discussed the conscious unit consists of a looker and
his looked-ats.

The looker is the conscious agent I, and the looked ats are his
conscious experiences that surround him, color, sound, taste, smell,
feeling, and thought. Perception of agency is included as is anything
else the conscious unit can be conscious of.

Looked ats are the conscious experiences of the looker, and for
short we call them color forms, even though they are not limited to
the visual range. Sights, sounds, tastes, smells, emotions, are all
'color forms', different colors or forms of consciousness.

Now visual colors come in red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta
and all the colors in between.

There is also this sensation of space between the looker and his
color forms, which gives us the impression of a 3 dimensional world
'out there'. We call this the looked through.

In general the looker can see color forms under 3 conditions.

First, color forms are apparent when the looker is creating them
out of direct imagination. He considers a red apple on a table, there
it is, he sees it.

Second, color forms are apparent when the looker is dreaming at
night during sleep, he has a dream and in the dream he sees a red
apple on a table, there it is, he sees it.

Lastly, color forms are apparent when the looker is causally
connected to the alleged senses of his body, which when awake, is in
impingement contact with the external physical universe. There is an
apple on a table out there in the alleged physical universe, photons
from the sun bounce off the apple, hit his eye, then the retina, then
the optic nerve, then the visual cortex, then get displayed in his
conscious display screen.

What the looked at LOOKS LIKE is not affected by which of the 3
possible conditions the being is seeing them under. All three look
just exactly like an apple on a table.

A symbol is a symbol is a symbol, whether it is connected to a
referent or not doesn't change the fact that it is a symbol.

The conscious unit while in a body in contact with the physical
universe, is very much like a guy in an army tank looking at the world
through a TV set in the tank connected to a video camera outside the
tank. At no time is the guy in the tank in direct contact with the
outside world, only the images conveyed to him on the TV set.

The conscious unit is in an identical relationship with his body,
only in this case instead of a video camera outside the tank looking
at the world, the body has eyes outside the body looking at the world.

And instead of looking at a TV set rendition of the data coming
from the video camera, he is looking at his conscious display
rendition of the data coming in through his body's eyes. His
conscious display is his panoply of conscious looked ats.

If the video camera breaks the guy in the tank becomes blind to
the outside world but not blind to his TV set which he can still see
inside his tank, although it shows him nothing of the outside world on
it while the camera is broken or off.

If the body's eyes break, the conscious unit also becomes blind
to the outside world and for the exact same reason, but not blind to
his conscious display which he can still see although it shows him
nothing of the outside world on it while his body's eyes remain broken
or closed.

The guy in the tank is using the image on the TV set to represent
the physical world to him which is outside of the tank. The TV image
is the symbol, the physical world outside the tank is the referent.

The conscious unit is doing the exact same thing, he is using his
conscious looked ats to represent the alleged physical world to him
which is outside of his body. The conscious display is the symbol and
the physical world outside his body is the referent.

So in either case the being is seeing the external physical
universe with a via, with a symbol of that world, rather than looking
at that world directly.

The guy in the tank can't look at the world directly because he
is stuck in his tank, and the conscious unit can't look at the world
directly because he too is stuck in his conscious unit.

A looker has never seen anything but his conscious looked ats.

He CAN'T see anything but his conscious looked ats.

A conscious looked at is all a conscious unit can look at!

Although in theory the guy can get out of his tank, a conscious
looker can never get out of his conscious unit.

Now it is highly convenient of the TV set in the tank that it
displays a symbol of the physical world that is highly geometrically
congruent to that same physical world. Square things in the outside
world look like square things on the TV set, round things look like
round things, perspective is maintained so things far away look
smaller etc.

In fact if the circuitry of the video camera and the TV set in
the tank are very good, the guy in the tank can *PRETEND* that the TV
set is an open window to the world, with nothing intervening. He can
*PRETEND* there is no via in his perception of the outside world.

The conscious unit experiences the same advantage, the transfer
of data from his eyes to his conscious display is good enough that he
can pretend he is seeing the world directly and not through the
complex vias of eyes, nerves, brain and consciousness.

However the fact that the symbol looks in many ways like the
referent (but not all) does not in any way lessen the fact that the
symbol is not the referent.

Worse, even though the shape of the symbol may match the shape of
the referent closely, the symbol has many other qualities some of which
have nothing at all to do with the referent, and others of which the
referent also doesn't have at all, but which are used to encode various
qualities of the referent that the symbol doesn't have.

Let's say that again.

Both the symbol and referent have distinct quality sets.

The symbol may have some qualities that closely resemble
or are identical to qualities in the referent, both are 'square'.

The symbol may have qualities that the referent doesn't have
at all, a picture of a cow is made of paper, the cow isn't.

The symbol may have qualities that the referent also doesn't have,
but which are used to refer to qualities in the referent that the
referent does have, redness in conscious experience is used to refer to
frequency of photons bouncing off the referent. Photons do not have
redness, and consciousness does not have photonic frequency, but there
they are being used to refer to each other.

Let's do that last one again.

For example external world objects are lit by photons which have
energy and frequency.

When these qualities are translated into the conscious display,
they are translated into intensity of experience and color.

For example when a photon of 600 THz (Terra hertz) hits the retina,
it eventually (many milliseconds later) gets displayed in the conscious
display as red. If the frequency of the photon is higher it will be
displayed as yellow, green, then blue and finally violet.

If one replaces the visual spectrum chip in the brain with an X-ray
spectrum chip, then X-rays will display as red and gamma rays will
display as violet and visible light won't register at all!

Thus the mapping between conscious color and physical frequency is
arbitrary.

Even amongst humans who all have the same visable spectrum chip,
there is no way to prove that the primary conscious colors are arranged
in the same order across the spectrum. What he sees as red, you might
see as green. We both call it red because we have been taught to call
it red, but who know what we actually see, except in ourselves.

Redness is not a quality of photons, and frequency is not a quality
of conscious experiences.

So which frequency of photon is assigned which color in
consciousness is an arbitrary hook together designed around usefulness
rather than necessity.

There is nothing 'red' about any photon at all.

In any case its easy enough to prove that the 600 THz photon
doesn't make it through the brain to any part of the visual cortex, so
whatever redness is, it is an arbitrary hook together in consciousness
for the purposes of rendering in consciousness a symbol of the physical
universe.

That symbol may have very high geometric congruity with its
referent in the physical universe, but in no way and at no time is
seeing the symbol the same thing as seeing the physical universe. The
physical universe is in fact never seen at all, but merely theorized
from the seeing of the symbol.

Redness could just as easily have been hooked to X-rays, or even
radio waves, had we the physical senses to pick them up.

So say the guy is looking with his body's eyes at a red ball on a
table.

The ball on the table is in fact spherical and is reflecting light
in the 600 THz range. In his consciousness he sees a red ball.

Now the roundness of the physical ball matches very closely the
roundness of the image he sees in his consciousness, he doesn't see a
square or a triangle for example, and so we have a close agreement on
geometric congruency between his symbol in consciousness and the actual
physical referent on the table.

So the shape of the symbol is used to encode data about and
represent the shape of the referent and there is a very close match.

But notice that when it comes to color, the color of the symbol red
has no counterpart in the referent. The referent, the physical universe
ball, does not have color! What it does have is the ability to reflect
light of a certain frequency, and so color in the conscious symbol is
then hooked with the frequency of the physical reflection, and we say
the ball is red.

The physical ball is not red, the conscious experience of the ball
is red, the physical ball is not anything, but a reflector of photons of
600 Thz.

The conscious display of the ball is certainly red, but the
physical referent is decidedly not red at all.

Thus 'the ball is red' is correct when talking about the conscious
symbol, but is false when talking about the alleged physical referent.

Redness does not apply to physical objects, only conscious objects.

What we have been discussing here is called ASSIGNMENT OF QUALITY.

The being sees various qualities in the symbol and then assigns
them either colloquially or literally to the referent.

Now we all know what we mean by 'a red ball', and most of us are
smart enough to know that a red ball really isn't red but is a reflector
of 600 THz light. And most of the time we get away with collapsing the
qualities of the symbol into the qualities of the referent.

Redness is a quality of being of the conscious symbol.

Reflection of 600 THz light is a quality of causal relation between
the alleged physical ball and the alleged physical photon, two different
objects interacting.

But this collapsation between symbol and referent can be carried
too far to a point of insanity, particularly when the being is no longer
able to recognize that he is looking at a symbol in the first place but
thinks instead that the symbol he sees is actually the referent.

Beings can get so far gone they no longer realize that the symbol
is not the referent, and they no longer realize that the TRUE qualities
of the referent are different than the TRUE qualities of the symbol.

They take the qualities of the symbol AS the qualities of the
referent.

For example say there are two guys in the tank and they are
fighting a war with other tanks. The first guy puts his finger on the
TV screen and says 'Hey look at that tank, let's shoot it!' and the
second guy says "Uh, that's not a tank, thats a picture of a tank on a
TV screen, you are confusing symbol and referent!"

The first guy is going to say in return 'You idiot I know very well
that's a TV screen, but it's representing real tanks out in the world
which we have to shoot before they shoot us, so shoot it already!"

You see that's sanity, the guy is collapsing symbol and referent
for the purpose of game play, he knows he is doing it, it is the way
games are played.

But then later after the battle, they are still in the tank toking
up preparing to rest for the night, and the second guy puts on a video
tape of an old war movie through the same TV set. Now the first guy
sees the tanks in the war movie and thinks they are real tanks and
starts to shoot everywhere.

That's not sanity.

Sanity is knowing what referent your symbols are causally connected
to, or if they are connected to any referent at all.

HALLUCINATION

So let's take a fighter pilot whose helmet shows him a small
display of the space around him projected by a laser on the inside of
the helmet visor. These are called heads up displays and are more and
more common in modern airplanes.

The helmet display is connected to circuitry which is connected to
cameras and advanced radar sensors on the surface of the plane. It can
sense an enemy plane miles away, and even tell what kind of plane it is,
how fast it is flying, in what direction, how many missles it has,
whether they are armed, and whether they are aimed at him.

Now in his heads up display he doesn't see a picture of a MIG
coming at him, but he does see a little red dot, with various data about
it printed in close proximity that tells him what he needs to know about
the nature and level of the threat.

So the image he sees in his helmet is a symbol for the real event
happening in the outside world which he can not see, because it's too
far away.

Now let's say one day he's flying around and suddenly the red dot
indicating a MIG turns on, and shows that it is aimed right at him and
has fired its missle already. He takes evasive action and fires back.

After it is all over, his high commander starts yelling at him
asking what the hell happened. He realizes there was no MIG, he was
never in danger and the missle he fired hit a mountain side full of some
poor guy's goats.

So was the pilot hallucinating? Well more accurately, in this
case, his equipment was hallucinating, it was presenting to him a symbol
for a referent that did not in fact exist.

The symbol was actual, but the fact that it was associated with a
referent was an illusion, and the pilot operated under the delusion that
the symbol was not an illusion, ie was in fact connected causally to its
proper referent.

That is the definition of a hallucination, a symbol without a
referent.

Hallucination is complete (and dangerous), when illusion is
compounded by the delusion that there is no illusion. The delusion is
that the symbol is causally connected to a referent when it isn't.

Now notice the *SYMBOL* is not an illusion, its there and actual
but the implied referent isn't, the existence of the referent is an
illusion brought about by the insistence of the symbol.

But what about when the pilot puts his plane into test mode to
verify that all the alarms work properly. There is that red dot
indicating the MIG again, but there is no MIG as this is just a test.

Is that a hallucination? It LOOKS the same whether testing, in
real combat or during mal function doesn't it?

There is no way to tell from looking at the symbol alone whether
the symbol is a hallucination or not.

The same thing is true of the conscious unit looking at a looked
at.

He can be imagining it intentionally, he can be dreaming it during
sleep, or he can be seeing it because his consciousness is connected to
his body's senses which are connected to their circuitry properly.

How does he know which is which?

Well the point is he can't know merely by looking at the looked at,
he has to look at the context surrounding the looked at to tell if it is
an imagining, dream, hallucination or causal physical contact.

The point is that whether or not the referent exists, the symbol
definitely exists. So the 'hallucination' (the symbol), if it is one,
is itself never a hallucination.

The symbol, if seen, is always actual.

Hallucination is not a thing, it is neither symbol nor referent, a
hallucination is a relationship between the looker at a symbol and his
consideration that the symbol implies a referent when it doesn't.

If a conscious unit sees some thing, he sees it, no question about
it. Whether there is a referent on the other side of the circuitry is a
whole different matter.

So when a conscious unit says he sees a red apple, and someone asks
him 'how do you know you aren't hallucinating', the answer is 'I am not
talking about some possible referent, I am talking about the symbol
which is WITHOUT QUESTION actual and visible to me in my conscious
display screen.'

The question of how a conscious unit knows that any symbol he
experiences has a referent causing it, is a difficult question to
answer, and may not in fact be answerable.

In any case, what is certain is that: the conscious symbol we are
certain of, the alleged referent forever remains a theory.

That's because one can not tell if a referent exists just
because the symbol exists and is known.

NO DESIRE AND DESIRE

NO DESIRE AND DESIRE

This posting was written a little too fast and thus confuses
a few things into one.

There are games that one is willing to play and win or lose.

There are games that one is willing to win but unwilling to lose,
in which case the being is probably also unwilling to play it, since he
can lose it, and thus must play it, otherwise he wouldn't.

There are games the being is unwilling to win, for various reasons
best known to the player. He may be willing to 'play' such games, but
his play will be self limited so as to not win, he is only half playing.

Scarcity of games can come about for many reasons, but
primarily the existence of games has become a game itself, and
if one loses the gamed of creating games, then there are no
more games.

Life in a body for example is a game of creating games,
namely ways to feed oneself. Each act of hunting, killing
and eating is a game cycle. Once completed, a new one must
be created and won.

Because everyone dies as a body in the end, the game
of games is eventually lost by everyone no matter how good one is,
but one can also lose it earlier than natural death by getting
eaten oneself or through natural reasons.

Thus every has some resistance to playing this game of life,
but feels they must do so to stay alive in order to have any games
at all, hopefully more fun ones while they remain alive.

So the existence of (fun) games has been tied to WINNING
the game of food, shelter and support, and thus obtaining
fun games can become a very serious game indeed.

This is all the more so if the being in the body thinks it IS a
body, and dies for good when the body dies. Their level of seriousness
is so serious about anything they do, it falls into NO SERIOUSNESS, and
total irresponsibility and glee.

Desire is a fountain.

If you are an eternal, then desire connects you to the fountainhead
of source, from which all power flows, and from whence came your present
manifestation.

If you are a mortal or ephemeral, well then desire is a fountain.

There are desires on all 8 dynamics, self, family, groups, species,
life, MEST, spirit and the AllThatIs.

Desire puts havingness into the future. One can have merely by
wanting, but generally one desires to play the game of chasing to get
instead. Once one gets, then the game is over, and one has to get on
with the next desire.

Desire is fundamentally a dissatisfaction with the here now,
coupled to a vision of a more satisfactory there then. Once the there
then becomes the here now, the desire is fullfiled, and the next
dissatisfaction is targeted and pursued to completion. In this way a
being can stay busy and happy forever.

A 'sit' is the greatest dissatisfaction that the being can do
something about in present time.

Happiness though depends on the willingness to play, to engage in
the chase. Where there is no willingness to play, one can only play
under protest and that is not happiness.

Willingness to play depends on willingness to win or lose the
particular game in question. Once any game is won or lost, the *GAME*
is lost, and so there must be another game to play.

In a scarcity of games, one becomes unwilling to win or lose,
because there are no more games, and thus becomes unwilling to play, but
must play.

Having to play and being unwilling to play leads one to trying to
get others to play for you, which is called criminality, cheating in
other words.

A scarcity of games can be created by connecting the existence of
future games to the winning or losing of a present game. If you win the
present game, you get to play again. If you lose the present game,
that's it folks, no more games.

A worse scarcity of games can be created by having only one game to
play whether one wins or loses it. When its done, no more games.

A super scarcity of games can be created when the game one is
playing is 'won' only by extending its time of play, and eventually you
lose it anyhow no matter what. This game degenerates to only how long
one can keep the game going.

Staying alive for most meatballs is such a game.

Willingness to play is long gone.

There is,

NO DESIRE and DESIRE.

NO desire does not mean an absence of desire but refers to the
pretense of no desire that results from suppression. NO is the 5th item
in the CDEINR scale of failure.

Curious about, Desire, Enforce, Inhibit, *NO*, Refused.

Although 'Desire' is also a level of the CDEINR scale, desire is
also its own item.

One can be curious about desire, desire desire, enforce desire,
inhibit (suppress) desire, pretend there is no desire, and refuse
desire.

More formally there is,

NO DESIRE FOR and NO DESIRE FOR NOT
DESIRE FOR and DESIRE FOR NOT

Desire for is desire for the presence of something, and desire
for not is desire for the absence (for the not presence) of something.

There is also,

NO DESIRE TO DESIRE and NO DESIRE TO NOT DESIRE
DESIRE TO DESIRE and DESIRE TO NOT DESIRE

People desire things that they wish they didn't desire but can't
help it. This is desire to not desire.

Desire to desire is a healthy desire.

In the process of chasing desires, a being can fall down the scale
of failure:

DESIRE -> MUST HAVE -> NO DESIRE -> MUST NOT HAVE

More technically it goes like this,

Starting state Starting state
1.) Desire to Have Desire to Not Have Desire
2.) Must have Must Not Have Enforce
3.) Can't have Can't Not Have Failure
4.) Desire to not have Desire to Have Inhibit
5.) Don't Have Have No
6.) Must not have. Must Have Refused

Must have and must not have are need, the being considers his
survival depends on having what he desires. Otherwise they remain
merely desires.

A being at the top of the scale will desire something, and at the
bottom will refuse it even if given to him.

A being failing to get what he originally desires will form a
substitute desire and failing that, form more substitute desires. The
being will continue to substitute forever, laying layer after layer of
failure on himself until he can't stand up any more.

There are two types of games, those that the being is willing to
play and which he enjoys playing, win or lose, and those which the being
is unwilling to play.

He can be unwilling to lose because the consequences are no more
games, we call these fragile immortalities. A fragile immortality can
live forever until he loses some particular game, then that's it for
him.

He can be unwilling to win because that makes someone else lose,
again fragile immortalities can become a real problem to him.

He can also be in games where he and everyone else are going to
lose anyhow one day, we call these fragile mortalities. The game of
survival of the body is lost when the body dies, no matter how long one
managed to keep it alive.

Efforts to create biological immortality are efforts to kick games
of fragile mortality back up to fragile immortality.

However in the physical universe eventually all bodies are going to
die one day, no matter what.

If there is a finite probability of something happening, given an
infinite amount of time, it WILL happen.

You can only stay alive AS a physical universe entity for so long
before it eats you.

The game of how long can you keep the game going before you lose no
matter what and no longer have any more games to play is not a fun game
to play and will and has led to deeper cruelties on the whole track than
anyone can confront in present time.

Beings playing games they are not willing to win or lose, tend not
to play well, and accumulate charge as they do, and thus tend to lose
sooner than later.

When running the times of no desire and desire, one is not at all
interested in WHAT is desired or not desired. These just fixate the
pc's attention on late on the chain substitutes for failure and will
cause him a loss. Certainly let the pc talk about these various
desires and failures, but never ask him for them. You want to audit his
DESIRE, not what he does desire or has desired or not desired.

Desire is a fountain, if you audit NO desire and SOME desire, what
he desires will bubble up and spray all over the place.

Indoctrinate that desire is desire for change in present time,
namely to bring about a presence or an absence.

Indoctrinate that no desire does not mean absence of desire, but
suppression of desire to a point of pretense of no desire.

No desire will read in the presence of suppressed desire, and will
float in the true absence of desire which is native state.

Always run the NO item first, and the SOME item second.

Entire cases are bypassed by assessing for the item first and never
assessing for the NO item. Take any CS 53RJ or other assessment or
correction list, and run all the items on them as NO items and see what
you get. It will blow your socks off. Don't bypass NO DISASTER.

If the process stops running without major release, get back in
sync with the layering of failures by skipping a command.

No desire, desire, no desire, desire, no desire, no desire, desire
etc. Skip commands until the process starts running and reading again.
No desire, no desire, desire, desire, (reads), no desire, desire...

You may have to resync the process a number of times. These flows
are HEAVY, you must run them at their behest.

Run,

Tell me about no desire.
Tell me about some desire.

Tell me about no desire to desire.
Tell me about some desire to desire.

Tell me about no desire to not desire.
Tell me about some desire to not desire.

What you are running out here is nothing less than the
fountainhead of source and the pc's reason for being.

You are running en mass, everything the pc has ever desired or is
desiring or will desire on the whole track past present and future.

This done, it will reconnect the pc with his fountainhead of source
(native state), and his original desire to manifest, which he is
presently pretending is a no desire to manifest.

He can start desiring again in present time as if he just came
in.

Otherwise you are in game of life which demands that to become
expert in your role as a biological organism.

You don't take over and become a body, and then pretend to be a
thetan anyhow.

Part of the problem within the Church is that the technical route
to clear and OT is already laid out. There are a certain number of
fixed processes used at each level and although there are quite a few,
and the C/S has some leeway in choosing which ones to run, none are
being added to the repertoire.

One of the results of running a process on someone, or doing it
solo, are the cognitions that the pc has at the win end of the activity.
Cognitions are new realizations about life, new in the sense that he was
not aware of them just before, but they are also not new in the sense
that the pc set up his own not know long ago, so he is really just
finding out about his own Sovereignty in the matter.

Invariably part of the cognitions that come forth from running a
process are cognitions pertaining to the process of running processes
themselves, INCLUDING OTHER PROCESSES TO RUN.

Sometimes if the process run was not the optimum process to run for
the set of cognitions that came forward, the pc will cognite what
processs SHOULD have been run to get to the same place faster or more
deeply.

More often if the process run was correct the pc will cognite what
possible NEXT set of processes could be run to produce more case gain.

Now the Church lays the Bridge out in a very linear fashion, you
start at the bottom and you work upwards. To take a little dig at them
here, they assume that anyone walking in off the street has never had
any case gain before in all their zillions of years of track and
religious practices and things, so everyone needs to do the bottom part
of the Bridge first before they can do anything else, especially the
top.

Further they don't tell you about the top of the Bridge or what it
handles, entities, so if someone comes in with entity awareness they put
him at the bottom anyhow and tell him he is hallucinating and it will
all be taken care of when his drugs are run out on the drug rundown.

But this is an arbitrary failing of some very stupid people, it has
nothing to do with the Bridge or with Scientology tech as Ron laid it
out. He quite clearly said that if the pc comes in raving mad on some
subject, you audit him on that subject no matter what it is, even if it
is entities, and then once he has become more untangled you can proceed
with an orderly clean up of their case.

Everyone will want to run Life Repair eventually, its just not
necessarily the right thing to do to someone the very first thing.

But all this aside, the Bridge as laid out is still very linear and
also very fixed. If a pc were to cognite another process during
session, he would never be allowed to use it on himself or anyone else.
Thus a whole large chunk of his cognitions are just ignored or swept
away, and often aren't even vocalized because it would be rude to
suggest other tech, better tech or further tech.

None the less any tech when run to completion that does NOT cause
cogitions of other tech or further tech is just not tech worth running.
How do you think Ron himself got the Bridge? Each process led to
cognitions about the next process.

So in the field it is kind of a free for all when it comes to tech,
because everyone is using tech that is causing them to cognite on better
tech or further tech and the end result is a burgeoning area of
technical development.

So here is an example. Ron has said many times that games consist
of goals, freedoms and barriers. For example, let's say you have the
goal to eat a hamburger. Your barriers are the work you have to do to
get the thing cooked, the space and time you have to work through to
accomplish your ends, and everything else that is in the way of
Sovereign Desire immediately making a fully eaten hamburger in your
stomach. Sheesh, you even got to eat the thing.

Your freedoms of course are all those things you can do to get
around the barriers to eventually succeed in getting one cooked and
fully eaten hamburger in your stomach.

Pretty silly, isn't it?

Well the same thing applies to any goal, whether it is to eat a
hamburger or to build a new civilization. You got things you can do,
and things in your way, and a desired end result.

If things are too hard to accomplish, then desire is not Sovereign
enough, if things are too easy to accomplish then desire is much too
Sovereign.

Happiness comes from OPTIMUM non Sovereignty.

In order to rearrange a pc's alotment of Sovereignty you got to get
him to spot how he has it arranged in present time. Most people don't
even know what they are doing any more when it comes to setting games up
for themselves, they have confusions on the matter, they just want out
of there, they have semi conscious games going, they have withholds on
games, games they don't want others to know about, it's a mess.

So you would need to process your pc on games in order to get him
back into shape where he could clean up his own thetan domicile and get
his game factory in good working order again.

Long time ago Ron came up with a one shot Clear process, but it was
too brutal to run.

It was,

'Invent a game.'

Now, this repair of the game factory is a serious undertaking, and
in fact the entire Bridge is devoted to doing just this one thing,
especially all the material on GPMS, (most of it secret), because GPMS
ARE the underlying template for the games that the pc is playing and
losing in this life.

Some of these games by the way the pc hasn't the slightest inkling
of anymore because 'he has only lived once' etc. You will find in
running games that your pc is a divine being, with divine propensities
of grand caliber, and that all the mundane stuff he is caught in is
really just marking time while he figures out how to be a god again.

He won't tell you this if you ask him, he won't even know it, he
will tell you very seriously about all of his one life mortal plans,
problems and travails, but if you audit him on games to a deep win, he
will turn around and tell you the most hair raising schemes that have
really been going on inside him since the beginning of time.

So how do you run games?

Well the following processes are not in the Church, and I'll bet
they are not even in the field, because I just cognited on them this
morning. So this is primo chipmunk material.

They are probably a waste of time, me being a loon and all, and
besides they are just too simple to be important, so certainly don't
bother running them on yourself or on another.

That said, here they are:

'Spot a goal.'
'Spot a barrier.'
'Spot a freedom.'

Dumb, eh? You ought to see the OT VIII materials.

Anyhow, auditing is a process usually between two people. You can
ruin any auditing session by not following the Auditor's Code and by not
using the auditing comm cycle.

Aud: 'Spot a goal'
PC: 'Ok, well I would like to make friends with that girl over
there.'
Aud: 'Good.'

Aud: 'Spot a barrier.'
PC: 'Well I look like a toad and I am sure she already has a boy
friend, all good looking girls do.'
Aud: 'Ok.'

Aud: 'Spot a freedom'
PC: 'Well I can play the piano and I know she's good at the
violin, and her boy friend is a dumb jock anyhow, maybe I
could talk her into performing Tchaikovski's violin piano
concerto with me.'
Aud: 'Thank you.'

Aud: 'Spot a goal'
etc.

And we're off and away.

Now you don't run this kind of thing for 5 minutes an give up
because it's boring. This kind of thing can run for days in the
background or for hours during a real session. Chances are you would
get some serious charge coming off the case after about 20 minutes in
formal session, and a significant win in about 45 minutes.

So now how could this be used?

Well let's say you wanted to rehabilitate a member of the Church.
That is, get him back into the Church.

Usually people who have left the Church on something less than good
terms have done so because they have commited overts that the Church
failed to find out about.

If the Church had pulled their withholds, as it was supposed to do,
the person would be very pleased with his auditing and would therefore
still be part of the group.

So therefore it is not very surprising that the Church has so many
people leaving it in disgust, because they have as their highest goal
missing people's withholds at all cost.

That's a joke, for those of you who are humor impaired.

I mean if the pc actually had to cough up during session, then all
the C/S's and tech terminals in the Church would also have to reveal
what they had done, not to mention upper management.

So it has become one large cess pool of mutual withholds, and
because no one in positions of power wishes to have their withholds
pulled, especially their whole track stuff, they of course refuse to
pull anyone else's.

So this is how it goes,

Aud: 'Well now Mr. Pc, has a withhold been missed?'
PC: 'Well maybe, I am not sure, let me look...'
Aud: 'What's that little jiggle on the needle there?'
PC: 'Uh, oh, well, that's nothing I don't think, well maybe...'
Aud: 'No Ok, that's good enough for me.'

The auditor was hoping the pc wouldn't reveal anything that might
affect the auditor's case, and when the pc almost did, but seemed
reticent, the auditor helped the pc in favor of keeping quiet.

So the auditor continues on with session with a massively missed
whole track GPM withhold on the pc, and the next day the pc is gone and
never comes back.

He KNOWS the Auditor is a jerk, and so is the whole Church.

So when you are trying to handle this in blown pcs or staff members
of the Church, and there are thousands of them, you gotta find out
what's going on with the person and why he blew.

Well be blew for exactly three reasons:

'Spot a goal.'
'Spot a barrier.'
'Spot a freedom.'

The barrier to freedom ratio became too large and so he left.

No one in the church wants to know what the pc did because they
don't want to know what they did and so withholds are missed routinely,
pcs don't get better and the whole thing goes to hell.

If withholds were not missed, no one would ever leave the church,
they would love it, and things would be fine.

That's what Churchs are for, confessions, you know.

If people are leaving the Church it is only because withholds are
being missed.

Now don't get me wrong here, it's not that the pc has done
something wrong, and someone failed to find out what he was holding so
tight no one could get it out of him with a crow bar.

No, that's not what happens.

Admittedly pcs have withheld from the world at large so hard and
for so long they no longer know how to unwithhold, and they no longer
know what it is they are withholding.

But pcs are coming into the Church in order to give a confession,
they WANT to give a confession, they want HELP giving a confession, they
are prepared to give it ALL to the first God King that asks them to pick
up the cans, and they have put down thousands of dollars to keep those
God Kings in hamburgers.

When they don't get what they came in for, they get real pissed off
and leave.

'What good is being a God King if you can't even pull one damn
withhold! To hell with you.'

So the pc leaves.

So many years later you find him nattering about the Church,
licking his wounds, sour on clear tech, committing more overt acts, and
generally winding down in life.

So you ask him,

'What did you first come into Scientology to handle?'
'Did it get handled?'
'If not, why?'

You run this over and over again in sequence much as you would run
the goals, barriers, freedoms thing until he realizes that his withhold
was missed, probably on purpose, if convulsively.

Now you want him to start running goals, barriers and freedoms,
until he starts to cognite that much of the overload on barriers in his
life arise from his withholds of action because of regret and wrong
doing, and breaking agreements and making mistakes and generally being a
screw ball of magnitude.

Look, an OT in fine condition doesn't fool around with games, if
they are even slightly too easy to play, the OT wins.

BOOOORRRRRRIIIINNNNNGGGG.

So the OT will go to GREAT lengths to limit himself right to the
razor's edge of disability to give him the hardest game he can muster
without guaranteeing a loss. This happens over a long period of time of
playing many games and winning far to many of them.

So an OT who is a wizened old coot will always be on the borderline
of too little ability. When he wins it will always be by the skin of
his teeth, the closest close calls of history, and those are the wins he
enjoys the most.

You know, Cornell is behind Princeton 3 touchdowns, and everyone
gets up to leave in the last 10 minutes, and Cornell gets 4 touchdowns
in the last 3 minutes and no one was there to see it.

THOSE are the kind of games OT's like, maybe everyone else left,
but the players were still there, and the OT was still there losing
until the last minute when he had a come back that would never be
forgotten.

The point is the OT has zero margin of error in this kind of life,
he messes up once and he is done for.

So why are withhold's so important? Because a withhold is a
withholding of ability, a LESSENING of ability in a being who can not
afford to be one bit more unable than he already is, or he will lose
forever. He has arranged it this way, and the moment he gets a withhold
his margin of error is gone, and he starts losing for good.

If he is not able to solo his way out of this mess, then he will
get stuck in a dwindling spiral and that will be the end of him, he will
lose every game he plays from there on out.

Worse he will desperately try to WIN games by committing MORE overt
acts which get him into MORE regret and withholds, which lead him
eventually to playing the game of trying to kill himself.

And that's a game he can't win no matter how hard he tries.

He becomes Joe Mortal, Sceptic At Large.

Now look this is very serious.

You got a God King, not only thinking he is going to die, but
WANTING to die.

You come along and offer to help him out of this mess, and he will
take your head off.

You are nothing but a joke to him.

But let's say you have done your Hubbard Hard Sell Course and you
tell him, 'Look I know you have had it rough, but we can help you', and
you explain to him all the stuff I have been saying here, and finally he
looks up at you and says, 'Ok well maybe I will come in for auditing.'

You tell him 'Well great, there is just one thing, it will cost you
$3000 an intensive for this help, you got any money?'

He looks real sad, shakes his head, but then he reaches into his
coat pocket and pulls out his last bottle of wine and holds it out to
you.

If you're smart you'll say 'Good enough' and you'll take his gift
and you make an appointment.

Now look, what you are trying to find on this case is the withhold
that pushed him over the line.

But the line he was playing was some enormous Goal, Barrier,
Freedom thing, and if you miss that withhold, or if you refuse to
confront it yourself, or if you invalidate it, or if you don't even ask
for it, you will just crush him back down into his failure because this
God King has 50 percent of his power already opposing himself and that
was when he was doing good.

That was when he could win with a prayer to the God of Close Calls.

Now he is a mess, and he is willing to give you his last bottle of
wine only because you came across with some of that Golden Light that he
used to have before he came to live in vomit.

If you let him down, if you fail to get the withhold, if you flinch
at the last moment and make him forget it, if you make him fold up or
wonder if you are really a safe terminal to unburden to, you will merely
be kicking a God King when he is down, and he will get you for it
someday.

So don't do it, if you value your friends.

Charge them all you want for your service, but do not fail to
deliver that service.

Now if you happen to pick up this fellow after he has already been
through this help cycle once, say with the Church, you just acknowledge
that it didn't work, and then proceed to do it right.

You first run

'What did you come into Scientology to get handled?'
'Did it get handled?'
'If not, why not?'

repetitively until he cognites that he has a withhold.

Then you run

'Spot a goal'
'Spot a barrier'
'Spot a freedom'

until he cognites what the goal was that he has that withhold on,
making sure that you take any confessions that he has to give along the
way. Once he gets the goal, the actual withholds will start coming off
with great relief.

Now you might say, well why would you want to rehabilitate this
guy's desire to be in the Church, I mean look what they did to him.
Wouldn't he better off in the field?

The answer is, that depends.

The OT is interested in his own goals, not yours. If his goal is
'To build a better Church', then that is where he belongs.

If his goal is something else, then maybe he would be better off in
the field.

You NEVER audit someone to make them more acceptable to you.

If you don't like the direction his goal is going in, if you find
that you are auditing the competition, then charge him more for your
services, but for heavens sake do it right, audit him on HIS goal, not
yours.

He WILL return the favor to you someday.

The Church assumes that everyone would be better off in the Church.

This is just simply not true.

For some, being in the Church was a substitute for being in the
field and being able to do research and help the science grow. There
WAS no field, no one told them there was a field, so they stayed in the
Church.

Someone like this might have the goal 'To start a new religion.'

For others being in the field is a substitute for being in the
Church and they are sad they can't get in, money, ethics conditions,
prior associations (EST etc) whatever.

The Church is not a bad thing, it is a good thing, it is a game
that certain OT's are playing real hard. They are just doing a lousy
job of it, their attacks against the field being but a part of their
grand dance of continuous present time overts.

You might ask, well why is it so bad in the Church?

I would answer very simply:

Because the word SOVEREIGNTY is not part of their vocabulary.

Try it sometime, ask any Scientologist in good standing what
Sovereingty is and what it has to do with his present case condition.

Chances are he will tell you Sovereignty is something that Kings
had in far off lands long ago.

Ask him if he is a God King himself, and watch his eyes fall.

Perhaps if more people in the Church were to read these postings on
Sovereignty there would be far fewer blows from the Church, except maybe
in upper management where a few of the very worst would blow when they
realized their little game of enslaving God Kings was up.

In general though, any time someone feels like blowing from an area
of help, there is something wrong with the help. If there are competing
areas of help it is not a blow for one area of help to help you over to
the other area of help, if that is where you belong.

I am not opposed to the Church, no doubt a testament to my own
auditing on the matter. The Church is one of many games that some very
big beings are playing on this planet. The field is too.

The beings who are responsible for the field and the Church do not
necessarily wish each other out of existence, they understand that
competition creates quality in product and service.

The Church is up to its ears in competition right now, you notice
that Fleming said he was an OT 16, the Church hasn't even released OT 10
yet.

So the players in this game do not hate each other, in fact they
invite the cooperation and competition that they all know they need to
survive.

Perhaps those with a lower view wish the other side out of
existence, and perhaps some of these blokes are upper management in the
Church.

You know, their 'Kill a chipmunk for Christ' campaign.

So, no I am not against the Church. I am an auditor, and as such I
do not take sides in the matter of which game is a good game or which is
a bad game.

I only audit towards OPTIMUM game, which means a game that can
continue and grow and not end with either side winning with the defeat
of the other.

Especially when the only game that either side can find to play
seems to be internecine squabbling with each other.

Those who are used to the good/evil dichotomy seem to think that it
would be a good thing if evil were wiped out tomorrow, it would give the
good some rest. Indeed it would, but soon the good would be chosing up
sides again, 'Hey guys, anyone wanna play war? You be good, I will be
evil' and they would start the whole thing all over again.

A thetan's motto is, 'The game must go on.'

The purpose of creating a game is not to win or to lose, but to
PLAY. When the game ends, everyone loses.

If you want a hint of the sorrow of games ending, just picture a
hundred billion years down the road every one has gone clear and OT, and
there are no more games left to play in this universe and its time for
everone to part and go back to the big sleep in the sky and we are all
waving good bye to each other as this big 'THE END' sign comes up over
the universe probably to the last strains of Grieg's A minor concerto.

This dream ends forever when the circle of friends are all holding
hands again.

A million trillion little thetans all waving 'bye!' to each other.

So, you see a thetan will do ANYTHING to keep the game going.

So as an auditor I do not want to see the Church go down, or close
its doors.

I do want to see it stop producing as its valuable final product
ruined games and destroyed lives.

Just as I would audit a pc, I would audit the entire Church,

'What game did you originally set out to play?'
'Have you been playing it?'
'If not why not?'

until they realized they had a withhold.

Then I would find that withhold with,

'Spot a game'
'Spot a barrier'
'Spot a freedom'

until I got the goal, the game and the withhold that crashed it all
down.

NO ONE IS AUDITING THE CHURCH.

It is stuck in one great big huge self audit.

The Church is a pc who has been allowed to blow session and nurture
and fester its own withholds.

When your auditor screws you over its time for you to pick up the
meter and tell your auditor to pick up the cans.

Even if he is bigger than you.

Then when he can audit again, you can be the pc again.

If he succeeds and does right by you, be sure to pay him a
hamburger.

Huggie below is talking about eternality, I am generally
talking about immortality.

It was to avoid these confusions, that I started to rigorously
enforce the distinction between the two.

Correct.

However one can lose sight of one's immortality, and thus live a
mortal life on death row with resulting infinite charge on infinite

It actually brings the whole universe down.

True it is a joke the being plays on himself, but the purpose of
the joke is to get the humor of it all after a while, not to be a

travesty it comes time for the being to wake up and get the Joke
again.

Well many beings are actually headed for a kind of Hell forever.

They can relax all they want but are still headed for an abyss of
bugs, fire, torment and eventually sold cold tar, obsidian, and
concrete.

Often they become meatballs rather than face that fate, but of
course it doesn't stop the actual descent in to hell. Mortality is
like a short stop at an opium den on the way out the tubes.

Eventually they get booted out to slip down to the next opium den
on the way down the drain.

This oscillation between hell forever and death forever is the
result of an aberration arising from dramatization of forevers itself,
and it can and should be audited out.

Being glib about these things is not good for a being.

Having found myself about 10 opium dens down the way, and pulled
myself back from the brink, I can only say that some people need to
experience it to get real on it and stop "Oh Poshing" the condition.

If a being is high enough to get the joke himself and can thus
appreciate the beauty of beings rolling around the drain to hell,
well then they can appreciate the scene all they want and then go
their way.

But when most people first gaze upon the oceanic flow of beings
down the river of Hell, their hearts stop for a moment and they feel
the undertow slowly taking them in the same direction.

These people might be interested in what I have to say.

THE QUESTION AND ANSWER GPM

The following material is for adult fantasy only, it has no bearing
on truth, reality or actuality.

The following material is about SPIRITUAL questions and answers,
not questions and answers about things going on in the physical
universe.

Questions IN the dream are properly answered by science and
the scientific method.

Questions ABOUT the dream and its dreamer are not.

Science answers questions about the virtual reality presented
to us in the dream.

Questions and answers about the ACTUALITY that projects
the virtual reality are audited as below.

Homer

All this stuff we have been writing about questions and answers
leads up to a simple 4 way GPM.

A GPM is a Goals Problem Mass and results from the chronic
operation of both sides of a goals dicom at the same time.

A goals dicom consists of two opposing goals operated at the same
time, love AND hate, good AND evil, beauty AND ugly, danger AND safety.

For example, the goal to open the door and the goal to not open the
door.

This forms a ridge of mental mass that then operates the being,
after a while he can't stop doing it, especially when he has been at it
with the seriousness of forevers, and eventually petrifies him with its
mass.

The conscious operation of the dicom gets harder and harder, and
finally sinks into oblivion as the guy thinks about other things, but he
never stops doing it.

Time itself is kept going by the automatic operation of one of
these GPMS going on for eons and eons under the semi unconsciousness of
the being. The GPM is on automatic, therefore so is time.

Once in a while he takes a breather from dramatizing two opposing
goals, and he wonders where his head aches, spine aches or the
preemptive disintegration of his brain or breasts comes from.

A GPM is NOT formed from an INDECISION to open the door or to not
open the door.

A GPM is formed from a DECISION to open the door *AND* not open the
door.

Dig it and don't leave it.

For example imagine a person who wants to go outside but is
terrified of what he might find outside or let in through the open door.

So he opens the door a crack, but then slams it shut, then he opens
it again, but slams it shut again.

That's an indecision oscillating back and forth between the effort
to open the door and the effort to close it.

Now imagine the same person pulling on the door to open it with his
right hand, while pushing against the door to keep it closed with his
left hand AT THE SAME TIME.

That's not an indecision causing an oscillation, that's a decision
to open the door AND close it at the same time, which forms a ridge
called a GPM.

GPMS are isometrics of the soul.

And they don't make the preclear stronger, they make him heavier.

So heavy he can't fly any more.

So our preclear starts off with the goal to catch catfish, usually
out of season. Of course he is hounded by the Forest Ranger whose goal
is to NOT catch catfish out of season.

Then later our preclear himself becomes a Forest Ranger and gets on
the case of others trying to catch catfish out of season.

But our preclear IS STILL TRYING TO CATCH CATFISH OUT OF SEASON
HIMSELF, at the same time as be a Forest Ranger making sure no one else
catches catfish out of season including himself.

The ridge is formed by operating both sides of the GPM at the same
time.

All Forest Rangers are still trying to fish out of season, even as
they write you a ticket.

THE QUESTION ANSWER GPM

You read the following material at your own risk.

If you do read it, you MUST run it, or you will end up being a pall
bearer at your own funeral, thetan following behind the casket.

Pains will get worse before getting better, so you had better know
the difference between a blow off and a grind. If you rabbit into a
hole in the ground the hole will close in after you.

If you ask why, the lock will be sealed on the hole, and you will
never get out.

At least until you replicate the idiocy by which you locked
yourself in.

At times running this will go more solid and you may tend to think,
oh no Homer gave me another dud to run!

Uh, uh, the only dud around here is the preclear who is asking so
many questions that he can't confront the answers to, it would sink the
titanic. Chill out, go deeper, it will start running again with serious
fireworks.

Remember if the QUESTION is the answer, then seeking answers to
that question is seeking a wrong indication. This creates time, worry
and despair and eventually a meatball 9 to 5 life headed to the grave.

A 'what hell forever?' case, living in a hell for a while, over and
over again forever.

You are mucking with the material of conscious space time here, so
be competent.

The Question Answer GPM goes as follows, each side opposing the
other.

The Goal

To Answer Questions - To Not Answer Questions.
To Question Answers - To Not Question Answers.

Within this GPM you will find an approach to the source of all
aberration.

A being is basically a total knowingness, he doesn't know anything
specific, but can CREATE things to know. Thus as an orientation point,
answers come before questions but then he flip flops into the symbol and
now he thinks questions come before answers.

Reversing the order of answers seeking questions, to questions
seeking answers, then causes persistence and chase in time.

Any time order reversal imposed on time, continues time all the
more.

This includes answers and questions becoming questions and answers,
but also DEDs and DEDEX's, and any and all other manifestations where
what happened first is considered to have happened second.

He is chasing in time the answers to questions.

Each answer and question pair form a time while which takes as long
as it takes (but always finite) to resolve the question.

The pair is created at the beginning of the time while,
as answer first and question second.

He then jumps into the time while at the QUESTION, which is AFTER
the answer at the very beginning of the time while, thus missing the
answer, and continues on down the while AWAY from the beginning, seeking
the answer, at which point, if he finds the answer, he hopes the time
while will end for that question answer pair.

Since the answer exists at the beginning of the time while, the
more he chases the answer after the question in time, the further away
he gets from the answer.

Thus all such games are lost out of the gate.

Here is a diagram from the beginning of a time while to the
hoped for end.

Begin/Answer -> Question -> Chase answer -> Find answer/End

All time whiles are started by an answer, but the preclear thinks
all time whiles are started by the question. That is enough of an
alter-is to keep the time while going forever on automatic while he
sinks himself in mass looking for the answer LATER in time.

Trying to end a time while by finding an answer is ludicrous, as
time can and will outlast any being trying to end it by finding the
answer.

The time while is ended by finding the correct BEGINNING of the
time while and the answer he sought, at which point the perfect
duplication of the time while's CREATION ends it, after the being is
done laughing his head off about it.

Gotta have that last appreciation of ludicrous demise to make the
whole thing have been worthwhile.

All games are worthy whiles that are created, played, and finally
resolved in this fashion.

Salvation arises when the being realizes the QUESTION is the

Case then is resolved by getting the preclear to spot the QUESTIONS
he is asking, until he stops moving away from the beginning of time.

Some of the questions he is chasing were created without answers.

Since the question itself was the answer to the question and the
problem of persisting case, answers were not needed.

Spotting self answering questions therefore is of benefit.

Running out this GPM will for example chill out any tendency to
self audit or figure figure, because most self auditing is the effort to
to answer a question by running a process. Or to not answer a question
by running a process, if your preclear is devious and inverted.

The effort to not know A by trying to know B is a classic example
of inversion. There are many others, all involving reaching by
withdrawing or withdrawing by reaching.

Imagine you don't want to eat your peas, but you put on a show of
reaching real hard for your fork with your elbow, and you will get an
idea of the absurdity of this. "Oh poor dear me, I can't eat my peas
because I can't reach my fork!"

Self auditing is anything that runs IN questions with an effort to
answer them.

Solo auditing is anything that runs out questions and the effort to
answer them.

To run in means to make things worse, more solid, more massey, more
of a problem, and more persisting.

To run out means to make things better, less solid, less massey,
less of a problem and more vanishing.

A run in with something is a collision or involvement with
something.

All 'incidents' are a run in with a question.

An incident is too much or too little of something that is
perceived to be non survival.

Too little food and you die. Too much water and you die. Those
would be a physical impact.

We call this an impact, because it has an impact on the preclear's
survival.

Impacts consist of the presence of anti survival antagonists, and
the absence of pro survival agonists.

An agonist is the opposite of an antagonist.

Agonists help, antagonists harm.

Impacts can happen on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
planes of existence. Impacts on lower planes will cause impacts on
higher planes.

The impact will not stick on the time track if it is not
immediately followed with failed question asking.

By sticking we mean remain charged and armed to be used by the
preclear later in life when he may choose to dramatize it out of valence
during a moment of threat of impact.

One dramatizes prior impacts as a preemptive measure against
present time threats of impacts. Since the preclear lost during the
prior impact, he chooses the winner in the prior impact and becomes them
and does what they did then so he can win now.

This is called being out of valence.

Being out of valence, dramatizing the winner in the prior impact,
is an effort to answer a question by being, doing and having what the
winner did during the impact.

Surface questions are, what is it, who caused it, why and what
should I do about it?

Deeper questions will become apparent as the preclear settles
himself in the center of the question answer machine.

Asking questions about the question answer machine is self auditing
and will get you buttered all over the universe.
